Please note that 50% of the full payment will be taken upon reservation. All Seasons Port Elliot Holiday House will contact you directly with payment details. Please note that All Seasons Port Elliot Holiday House requires a $200 security deposit via bank transfer to cover any incidental charges. The security deposit/bond payment will be credited to your designated account once our property has been inspected at the room at check-out. The property aims to ensure this happens within 7 working days of your departure. Any damage, loss or expense incurred by Management as a result of your breach of these Terms & Conditions will be charged against the security deposit/bond. Examples of this include but are not limited to any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements or extra guests beyond those declared. You will be advised about key collection 24 hours prior to your check-in date and after full payment + security deposit/bond has been made. The home is self-contained; however, you will need to bring your own linen, towels, toiletries and cleaning supplies. Quilts, pillows and blankets are supplied. Linen and towel hire can be arranged if requested at a charge. Please advise the property at time of paying the deposit if you will require linen, so arrangements can be made in advance. |
