This is the worst place i have ever stayed 2 hr+ wait on food, never has food that they say on menu,

Security guard ringing your room to ask to move vehicle at 0530 in morning, prostitutes causing nusiance, i am appauled at how thisnplace is managed, complained and nothing was rectified

Absolutly shocking

The Crossroads establishments which are conveniently situated in busy towns across Zambia, have become favourite alternative accomodation for the discerning traveller. The lodges have the atmosphere and feel of a once well appointed establishment offering good accomodation at reasonable prices.
The problem is that most of the facilities are showing wear and tear and crying out for refurbishment. Most disappointing are the beddings and towels which have really seen their usefulness. The white linen beddings are worn thin and definitely need replacing. The towels are course and threadbare and need replacing.
Otherwise for the price, the lodges definitely offer better service than most lodges in Zambia. Strongly recommended.

Enjoyable Frustration

The rooms are relatively clean but breakfast is below average. The eggs are overdone, the bread is dry and there is not even a toaster. The milk were also a bit off. 
I didn't experience any challenges with service, but also not impressed.

Average rooms and not so great breakfast

I called your reception 4 days before my family trip to reserve an apartment for us and on the day of the trip I called them again and assured me that everything was ok.We arrived at the lodge around 21:20 hrs in the night with my family and was told the apartment had been given to someone else.I was pissed off as I was stuck and at that time where would take my family.
Please in the future learn to say the truth unlike punishing people like what you did to us.

Poor communication 

THe service was excellent
I booked over the phone, The politness and Profesionilism was top notch. I woud recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in this beautiful country. The cleanisiness is exeptional. THe friendlyness was outstanding

Service

Definitely will not book there again. Only stayed the weekend and booked out and moved somewhere else. The guest across from me played his television so load and after complaining they still did attend to the complaint. Moved rooms twice and the was no air conditioning in the evening when it was needed. You fetch your own food and take to your room and in the morning took my plates back and they still charge room service.

Unpleasant Experience

Clean and neat rooms .Affected by power outages though there was a backup generator during my stay.Breakfast , some of the items on the menu run out and you will have to wait for replacement. the suites are a better option . Car parking in the early hours of the evening can be headache but later on is available and secure.
