Our family stayed 2 nights at Hoa Tieu Hotel. It was amazing, the room was big and clean, with beautiful view from private balcony, the staffs were very helpful and accommodation. We will comeback to Hoa Tieu Hotel next time.

I was looking for a hotel close to the beach with moderate price. And found that this hotel has all positive comments, of course I doubt if it's true due to its low price. After entering to the room, it was really surprising, as we know hotel with such price usually has some "shortage", no hot water, no air conditioning, not clean, or else. But this hotel is well arranged with all facilities working well, and especially it's really clean & clear! With its fantastic view and nice location, and it's room situation, I will give it another 5 points.

We really liked this hotel, this is our second visit as we really liked it last year so wanted to stay again. The view is amazing, it's very clean and it's a very safe place to stay. The receptionists was helpful and we would definitely be back.

First off, this "hotel" feels more like a serviced residence which is what I believe it was built for. It also serves as a post that oversees nearby boat communications. As such, there is a strange tower basically splitting the building (and the beautiful view) in half. 

Pros: The rooms are huge and clean, there are very large balconies with charming views and the location is decent (you can reach the minor beach and decent restaurants in under 15 minutes by foot). Beds were also comfortable and all the basic necessities were available. I must say the room, balcony and view exceeded all our expectations, especially considering the price so value is another definite PLUS!  

Average: I know being charged on an hourly basis for overstaying a few hours is common practice, but it felt a bit cheap considering most of the building was empty and I think the staff missed a good experience to leave us with a more positive experience at hardly any cost. It simply felt a bit cheap! 

Cons: receptionists spoke no English but were nice enough (a friendly employee from the above tower station gave us a tour and he spoke really well however), restaurant seemed nonexistent or always empty, pool and gym were quite sad and there were strange pictures of sexy women in both the bathroom and in the pool area. That was rather funny and we are still speculating on why and how they ended up there. 

Conclusion: if you're on a bit of a budget and don't mind not being close to the beach, this is a great option!

Larger room and more space. Nice view to beach . Have many parking lot for car and motorcycle. The price is normal , the location is center of front beach , near center park,  near XOM LUOI seafood martket. We will return to rent this room on the future. This place is comfortable to relax at weekend 

I thought I would stay in Vung Tau for a week and then go to Dalat, where I used to be there for months. However, the more 

days I stayed at Hoa Tieu Hostel, the more I impressed with it: the  quality of the room and services; in particular it has 

not only a wonderful seaview but also a mountain view from the level 7 ( you must ask for the rooms from 704 to 708). I 

finally decided to stay at Hoa Tieu for a month before going back to Melbourne
