Stayed 2 nights. Great Hotel. Friendly and efficient staff makes this a very enjoyable stay.
A special mention for the owner. You wouldn't find a more true and good man than Đô. A short walk to all amenities. Highly recommended. 

The hotel was just what we needed when coming to Sapa to hike MT Fansipan. We arrived late because of our bus and was greeted warmly and shown our room. The bed was very comfy and had a good thick  duvet to keep us warm. We enjoyed a hot shower in the morning before going down to a breakfast buffet to set us up for our trip. On leaving we asked if they could store our bags while we was gone (2 days) when we arrived back the hotel manager let us check in early and when we asked for a later check out time the next day it was no problem. The hotel also provided a 1 day laundry service when we got back which was excellent. The hotel was everything we wanted and when we came down to ask the hotel manager questions he was polite and knowledgeable. Would stay again. 

Easy check in and out. Excellent customer service. High class at a great rate, My room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. the staffs are highlight specially 2 short ladies, one at the reception "VAN" & another lady at the restaurant "LAN ANH", they both very friendly, helpful. Definitely will stay again!!!

Stay here accidentially but we totally satisfied with all services that we got from this hotel.
On that day, the bus drop us off by this hotel. Golden Plaza is the only one that openned at that time, we came and asked if we could use the rest rooms. 
They not only allowed 5 of us to use the toilet without any charge but also give us the welcoming ginger tea. That made us decide come to ask about the room's price.
The manager hotel was so kind to offered us stay in the private room at the hostel rate ( $16/twin room and $22/ triple room, it means only $7- $8/person with breakfast included). 
They treated us so well, the room was totally clean, spacious and well equipped. 
The breakfast was incredible, large of choice from western to vietnameses, they have the very the special homemade jam. Try the coffee here, the best coffee I had in Vietnam during 15days travelling. 
The front desk manager was so accomodating and knowledgeable, always greeted us by name and helped  us plan our trips around Sapa. We booked 2d1n Trekking through the hotel and private car to the water falls on the last day at reasonable rate.
The other staff was wonderful also, cheerful and welcoming. Every time, you walk through, they greeted you by a big smile. They invited us to join dinner with them, so warmly. It's true home away from home. 
Anything you need is available here with highest quality and cheapest price. 5 hours laundry ( 30,000vnd/kg) , motor bike rentals ($6/day), sleeping bus to all over Vietnam, especially only $9 for a bus ticket to Hanoi, that i bought $12 when came to sapa. 
COME HERE, YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

This place was absolutely amazing. Not even 10 minutes of being here and the lady at the front desk told me I was getting a free room upgrade. The rooms were beautiful and clean. The restaurant was served all the delicious, convenient, and fairly priced. The hotel is right off the Lake with easy access. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa and would love the opportunity to stay here again.
