Excellent staff, I hurt my knee in the trek and even though I was meant to stay at a homestay for 2 nights, the second day they came and picked me up and made sure I had a room, even offered free trip the next day, at all meals they served me many vegetarian options!

My tour group didnt stay here. In fact this is where we had lunch and store luggage. And also coming back from homestay and shower. Beside all these, we were either in mountain or homestay. Advice is Staff gave us sandwich, banana & water when we leave. Very Friendly and welcoming. Hotel super clean and classy inside.

This nice mid-size hotel is part of our itinerary for our 2 days- 1 night Sapa Trekking Itinerary. This is where we had a good buffet breakfast our 1st day of Trekking. We actually stayed in a cozy homestay accommodation after out 1st day Trekking. This hotel also served as breakfast and lunch as part of our itinerary. The hotel staff looked after our needs very well even if we didn’t stayed here. They lend us a very nice room to wash and even provided us a nice room to rest for a few hours after our 2nd day even if it was not part of the itinerary. 

We were given this hotel as part of a 2 day/1 night trip to Sapa.  The hotel staff were very nice and the room was clean and adequate.  The food was good.  All in all not a bad place to stay for a night or 2 whilst visiting Sapa.

We Were given the option as a package to visit Sapa during the winter season with this hotel. It's smack in the center of town. Clean and spacious. There's air conditioning that goes up to 30 degree Celsius which is highly advisable to stay on that setting during the colder months. One point of absolute contention to note is the water heater which performs arbitrarily and is not reliable for a constant hot shower source. We have the same issues with other guests on our trip. The hotel needs to get this addressed. Food service staff is indifferent and dining options are restricted to a set meal with nominal dish swaps. Breakfast is available as a buffet.

Clean - No Complaints

The hotel was good value for the £23.00 we paid as a ‘walk in customer’ B&B.
The room was clean tidy, goodTV. And most of all the staff where so helpful. 
Breakfast was ok but in the context of the price paid, excellent.
The staff are  worth their weight in gold!!

One Night Stay

The room was clean and well maintained. However, the food and associated service was terrible. it was a work canteen and not a good one at that. After one meal I never ate there again, which as I had paid full board for 3 days on an organized trip, left me a little out of pocket as I had to dine elsewhere. The hostel was very noisy with music until the early hours, followed by loud shouting in the corridors from then on. Unless paying 10$ a night avoid.
