I didn't really stay at this hotel. I came to book a 2 days Fansipan trek with Sapa sister but they didn't offer that tour so the hotel was trying to book me with another company. I was able to sign up for that tour at $65 since there are already 2 other people registered. They stored my luggage on the day of the trek and when I came back from the trek, they let me use the shower and even provided me a towel. They let me hang around until my bus at night. They are so quick with guest inquiry. The bathroom ran out of toilet paper, I asked them for another roll, they got it for me immediately. I needed a plastic bag to store my wet clothes from the trek, they also provided me one. Very good service. 

I stayed here for one night after completing a trek to Mt. Fansipan booked through the hotel and was satisfied with my stay in the dorm room. The staff (a husband and wife-it appears) were very friendly and helpful with all the trekking and bus bookings I had. The husband even dropped me off at the bus station on his motor scooter. My only complaint is that the rooms don't have a fan or AC so they get quite hot and stuffy in the summer. If you leave the window open much dust/dirt trickles in as Sapa is very dusty. Also, you can store your luggage here while trekking and take a shower once you are done, which is nice. But if a large group returns from trekking then the area becomes quite cluttered and crowded as everyone tries to shower and sort their belongings. 

Overall, very decent for budget accommodation and would recommend to other travelers.

We are a group of three friends who were looking for a budget nice hotel/hostel in Sapa. We booked this hotel on the phone without asking for our credit card details then they sent me a msg with the hotel address and told me how much the taxi would cost. We arrived at 3.30 am and there was someone waiting for us at the reception and they just gave us the key to our room so we would get some sleep and in the morning they did the whole check in process. They helped us in arranging a last minute tour to Bac Ha Market (tours were full but they phoned a few tours and managed to find us two spots on one tour and one spot on another). They booked for us the bus back to Hanoi, they gave us all the information we needed for choosing a trek. Location is excellent- close to everything. Rooms and beds are very clean. The hotel is packed and it seems it's a center for trekking in Sapa. No common area except for the reception area.

Excellent service for budget accommodation 

I love their service 

Great friendly staff and an excellent budget hotel

Myself and 2 others stayed in Graceful Sapa. Our bedroom was so damp and the noise was unbearable- not the actual fault of the hotel however!!! There was building work going on from 12 midnight until 4am and then karaoke from 6am. Don't know how you can avoid the major construction going on in Sapa town at the moment. It was very cheap ($18 total for 1 night), so it's a matter of getting what we paid for! 

Cannot fault the Sapa Sisters trekking though- do not consider this a review of their services! They work out of this hostel but have nothing to do with the running of it as far as I can tell. 

The staff were really friendly and nice and can't fault them at all.

Damp bedrooms

I went to the address listed, right next to Sapa Sisters. No one was at the front desk (admittedly, it was 8 am). When the cleaning girl finally roused someone out of bed to deal with me, he didn't speak English, but gestured me next door to Sapa Sisters. I asked for the Sapa Graceful Hotel, and they referred me back to the place I'd been.  Either this place has been totally remodelled and put under new incompetent management, or they have made themselves *very* hard to find.
