15 reviewsFantastic, clean spacious room, great facilities and a great size shower room with glass door so the whole room doesn't get wet. We had to check in ,in the middle of the night, after a problem with the hotel we had already booked. This was no problem at all, we booked only for that night but ended up extending or stay for three more nights and they gave a free room upgrade. Very helpful at reception, Google translate helped here but there was no problem at all. Situated in the middle of sapa Town easy walking distance to both sides. Really enjoyed my stay here, bit of luxury at a really affordable price.
