Very nice resort! The staff is top notch and does all lit can to make sure one's stay is pleasant and comfortable. The facility is very clean and attractive. Breakfast is super and so is the staff in the morning

Best Resort I have ever stayed at!

We have booked 5 rooms, and we had a pleasant stay in Paradise. The resort is over 10 years old, and many things are broken, pavement stones, doors, bicycles, swim lockers.... and prices for rooms is quite high. The villa rooms are very nice for this 4 stars hotel, other rooms are only for locals and not recommended. The villa bed are large and confortable, with jacuzzi and great view. Food is very expensive, you can go to Xuan Hoa just 8km away with a taxi (100k).

Old broken resort... quite nice for locals

Service is lacking, no one was working by the pool when we went after check in. They brought us one towel and forgot the other. Drinks were terribly made , most of the things are broken or poorly maintained. There was a pool table with no pool balls. Instead of the bikes being places outside of room for guests, they were in the front of the resort which is inconvenient. The moonlight villa is just a room adjoint to another so called “villa” (im really how bad their regular rooms are). The place is moldy and run down. Landscaping is poorly done and looks like a cheap Vietnamese amusement park. Breakfast felt like a bunch of leftovers from the kitchen. Barely anything to choose from and even the stuff there was difficult to eat. I will not be recommending this place to anyone or coming back. Either you pay a bit more and try out flamingo or go for a cheaper place because it just felt like a rip off.

It was terrible!!!

. We booked there because Flamingo Dai lai was fully booked . I totally agreed with Enric C. It's only the lake side , the sunset . Please don't go but if you have no choice , you have to practice how to use google trasnslate . The restaurant is very expensive compare with Flamingo Dai lai . Don't do any laundry . They simply don't know how to do the laundry . They return our laundry on the hanger and the shirts are still wet . But they charged the international price. We booked there for 8 nights but after the first 3 nights , we can't stand anymore and we moved to the Flamingo Dai Lai Hotel.

Not recommend for Tourists

The place is good, the lake, the sunset..that's all.
The only restaurant is too expensive, workers don't speak english, they want that you pay the room in advance and they retain your pasport, ilegal.
