New World Phu Quoc Resort Hotel

We stayed at New World Phu Quoc for a special family holiday to celebrate a combined 100th birthday — and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The beachfront location is stunning, and the main pool quickly became a favourite spot for the whole family. Our 3-bedroom villa with a private pool was ideal — spacious, peaceful, and perfect for both relaxing and spending quality time together. The buffet breakfast was a daily highlight, and dinner at Lua Grill was absolutely delicious. Thank you for also understanding and accommodating to dietary restrictions like one of our group who has several allergies. A huge thank you to the wonderful staff throughout the resort — especially the reception team, buggy drivers, and poolside wait staff who made every interaction feel warm and welcoming. A very special callout to Lok at reception, who helped me contact the airline and organise a taxi when I realised I’d left my purse on the plane during check-in. He went above and beyond, and made what could have been a very stressful situation so much easier for me and my young children — I’ll never forget his kindness. A few small areas for improvement: housekeeping missed towel changes on two occasions, we’d love to see pool hours extended past 6pm, and it would be fantastic if the in-room dining menu could be made available poolside. That said, we had an incredible stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. A beautiful, family-friendly resort with exceptional service — highly recommended for any special occasion or relaxing escape!
