The accommodation is simply the best. The masseuses are nice and very professional. They also have sauna and steam bath. Best time to get a massage is after a long day of touring. After which you can grab dinner at the nearby night market.. We tried the swedish massage and we liked it very much!

Best massage in town!

This hotel has really beautiful room. I don't know if my room was VIP room or not but really big room and really comfortable bed. Really friendly and honest staffs. The only thing is that the staffs are quite slow. Somehow my room had 2 bottles labelled as "shower gel". I got back from the pool and really want to take a bath and wash my hair but when my mom called the room service, they took 30mins to bring me some shampoo. I sat in the bathroom for 30 mins. And the wifi was super slow. I never can access the internet with the hotel's wifi.

This hotel is like the faulty towers of Vietnam! They try hard but are sadly lacking. The hotel is half finished but this does not really affect the guest. The pool is nice and the sunsets amazing. The rooms are basic and badly finished the showers flood the whole bathroom and even out into the room if you are not careful. They do clean well everyday but sometimes need reminding! There is no beach although it is on the sea front it's just a wall but only seconds from the beach. There is no spa, there is no pool bar but they will serve you by the pool from inside. The staff were always friendly but seemed to have no real clue about running a hotel at times it was comical. We did not eat at the hotel as were advised by our friends that breakfast was poor. The pool was so nice and the location were ok we lived with it for our 3 day stay.

Could be imassively improved

We spent two nights in Trang an and we have no much good things to say. Only thing what was great is view to the sea, thats it.. 
Negatives:
-Hotels staff almost couldn't speak English at all.
-No room cleaning. There was a cuckroat on our toilets floor and eventhough we told that they didn't done anything. 
-terrible noice on the outside of hotel by nights
-poor breakfast with cold coffee etc.
-Lot of rude asians who seems to not respect westerns people at all
-got a feeling that staff doesn't appreciate western people; at breakfast asians were served before us even though we were orded earlier
-people were smoking inside the hotel and even at breakfast hall - and it was allowed
-Very hot inside of hotel
-birds were flying inside the hotel
-etc. Cannot recommend especially for western people
