Dropped 2kg of clothing in here yesterday and picked them up this morning.  All staff are happy to help and friendly.  Current charge is 300,000VND/kg - great value😁  Just a simple 10 min drive up the road from Salinda where we were staying.  Highly recommended!

Unfortunately we didn't book the bungalow, but we use a rent motor bike and laundry service and it's very perfect and professional. In the reception there are a pretty person to talk and have some advice about the island. I will return soon and want to stay in this place.

Stayed here with some friends for 2-3 nights, the rooms were clean and a/c worked perfectly!
Thanh Kim was very nice and helpful with every thing, though our neighbor was an older lady who didn't like the fact we would come in around 2-3am, o well, but the hotel staff was great, it was close enough to walk to the beach and some good restaurants around the hotel
Would stay again

We (2 friends) stayed a few nights in one of the older bungalows with no air condition but fan for 14$ per night. The room was ok, we had a big bathroom with daylight and got every day new towels and the room got cleaned. Breakfast was not included. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they washed our laundry and we rented one of their motorbikes. 

But here you have to be careful, because they often charge different prices for the bikes or the rooms, so haggle good with them! 

In the end they charged us 2 whole gas tanks, although we barely used half of it! That spoiled our stay a lot and we were very disappointed because they cheated on us. Normally they understand English very well, but when they try to trick you, they pretend to understand nothing!

The bungalows apparently are divided into the old and the new. We landed in the old bungalows. Instead of a lush garden, we saw an area that was not maintained at all. Because of a mistake, we were "upgraded" from standard bungalow With fan to a bigger bungalow with ac. Only we would have to pay Extra to use the ac. 
We asked for a fan!  
The room was DIRTY , we noted that floors were not washed etc. 
The staff is ok, but everything is so worn Down that it is impossible for them. 
Not recommened!
