I arrived at night...it all started well because I was picked up at the airport for free but when I got to my room there was a lot of humidity and the bathroom was a bar that is next door with karaoke until 23 o'clock at night or more.

Three nights on the island.

It's very simple, air-conditioned, and wood-based, with a mattress-like cover that invites you to sleep.

It looks good, but it's a clean fall.

Great, friendly  staff,  clean but don't be afraid of rats. It's the norm.Staff accommodating,  set on main road, room cleaned daily. Would  stay here again.
Loved the staff and pets, would go back in a heartbeat ,just this time not with my partner as he is in clink! Lol

We booked this place for 4 nights. The rooms are good and the place looks nice. The problem for us was the lack of understanding between the owner and us. Maybe that's why we didn't feel so comfortable. 
That's why we checked out shortly after the first  night. But the owner was pretty relaxed about it and didn't demand extra fees or something like that.
It's a place where  you can stay for a few nights but you probably don't feel at home.

The staff were lovely, it was cheap when we booked 10 days,  and it's 200 metres from the beach. What more could you ask for? The 2 puppies there were adorable too. We loved the look of the bungalows, it felt just like a home away from home. 

Lovely stay

Nice comfortable room with hot water, fan and AC. Very, very friendly staff.
The guesthouse is ideally placed, just at the entry of Duong Dong city, close by a lot of good options to eat and drink, and only 200m from the beach. Possibility to rent motorbike and there is also a laundry service.
I would definitely recommend the place !

Great stay

I insist that I never place negative reviews, unless I objectively find everything negative and I insist that I have no claim when I travel with a tight budget but dirt for me is unacceptable. As soon as I enter the room I already smell of urine, the room is very basic as in photos and the bed is a wooden table but patience. I come to the pillows and they are full of long black hair. I go to the bathroom, in the toilet still the urine of the previous guest, the toothpaste full glass spilled from the toothpaste, glass and laundry skimmed and dirty on the floor and in the bathroom drain a nice hair. I take the bag, and I go out and I slept in the real hostels, I have slept in the same bedroom, and every single room in the hotel has a very nice price, and I have found no other way to get the best of the hotel.

It's a no to me!

They gave me a free pickup from the ferry and after my stay a free transport to the airport. Room is clean and comfortable. The beach is about 200m walking. The owner is very helpful. Would book again.
