Had an amazing time at Tommy's Beach. Lovely people and amazing hosts, i would recommend it to anybody travelling on a budget who wants beach front living and sound easy going landlords. 

Tommy's is located 5mins from the main city though you wouldnt know it because it is tucked away giving you the best of both worlds.

Tommy's beach house is a quite hidden hostel a bit outside of town but very beautiful! It is perfect for travelers with a low budget. Me and my friend was thinking of staying for two nights but in the end we stayed for a week. It is literally on the beach and there are nice hammocks. Lukas, the manager of the place was the best, he's the one that made everything work. He made sure everyone had a good time and organized parties. Unfortunately he left the same time as me and my friend and I'm not sure how the place will work without him. Another Swiss guy named Kai is still there though, he is really relaxed and cool. 

Oh dear. What a great piece of earth. Kind of a little hidden, but anyway close to the city. The owners are very lovely. We had so much fun. And that all for only 6$ included breakfast with the biggest swimming pool of the world right in front of your dorm. Can't wait to go there again one day. 😎

Tommy's beach house is a special thing! For me its a hidden.. its in the middle from a fisher village close to dong duang whit the bike around minutes.. the peoples here are great as well. I stay here now since 2 months and work as a folontieer, my job is it to organize small parties. on friday we play electronic music with dj and fire show.. on Tuesday we we have regga night.. if u like a beautiful hidden whit open minded peopels and close to the town, nightmarket and bars then enjoy us on the beach :))

Best hostel in phu quoc tommy beach house

This is a place for you if you are an open-minded person that wants to get to know nice people from all over the world, grill your own market bought meat or seafood at the grill, want to dance at the beach parties on friday night, want to have a 20 meter walk from the compound to the sea, want to sit, drink beer, smoke something and talk with the other guests.
 
tommys beach house lies embedded in a local village on the beach, not far from the main streets and the city of duong dong, but a little bit hidden. there is one offical way with signs and one secret way trough a construction site, taxi drivers might not know the location, but google maps will help you. at the moment it is run by two very friendly, open and energetic swiss guys, that will help you with anything. Lukas even drove me to my bus station at my departure with his motorbike as he had business in the area anyways. breakfast is included, there are dorms or private rooms available, the two guys clean the beach twiche a day, in the evening you can relax on the veranda or in the hammocks. Lukas is also organizing a beach party with electronic music on some fridays, which should be great fun. overall it was a great experience to stay there, a great hostel for backpackers, i enjoyed my time there and liked the other guests a lot.

DISCLAIMER: I dont know how long Lukas & Kai will stay there, Lukas told me he might leave the place but he was till undecided when i left.
