The staff was very helpful, especially young lady whose name is Lisa, was very friendly and kind. Her english was perfect and she was a professional lady who knows the job very well. The only negative moment of my trip was that I could not visit Halong Bay because of the current situation at that time but I decided that next time I will definitely come back to visit Halong Bay, hope to spend at least a night at Hangmy Boutique hotel, at the same time to say a hello to my new friend Lisa.
