I dont know so many people complained this hostel, but everything look very good, very cheap hostel, located in the city center few minutes walk to Hoan Kiem lake, 30 seconds to the Church. Of course facilities quite old, but the price very cheap and staff very friendly. if you complain, please look others hotel, you have to pay much more expensive to get a better room. You want to save money, and comfortable, and close to walking street, let visit green hostel,
