Very nice staff, many shopping possibilities, beautiful sights in the vicinity or within walking distance.

Need free motorcycle parking with hotel card ( key )

The location was good. People were very friendly.  What wasn’t good was there were water stains on the wall next to the door. When we checked out the lady went to inventory the room and said that 1 towel was missing. That they inventoried the room before we checked in. But we weren’t involved in the inventory. So there isn’t any way we or they could prove it we just had to go by there word. And one towel was dirty which we used the towel. So they charged us for 2 towels that we didn’t keep.  Also the room is no where even close to what is described in the pics. Also they only give you 1 door key. And the room needed to be painted there was some drawing on the walls look like a kid used a marker on it.

Across the street from the beach.  Easy access to the beach.  They do not take credit cards.  Must pay with Dong.  Restaurant served very good food at reasonable price.  Ocean view room was awesome.  I would come again.

Pretty poor experience here. No pillows in my room on check-in, took 3 hours for housekeeping to deliver them after a few requests. My aircon was also dripping water rather heavily. Initially I was only offered a towel (but this also took hours for housekeeping to bring it), then technicians had to come in 3 times. Reception refused a room change, telling me they had no rooms available, despite almost offering me a room key moments before calling their boss. Overall staff seemed pretty careless and lacked any form of hospitality. Hotel is in a poor location too, far from the main area of town and not near anything. On check-out staff also took 15 minutes to confirm my room was left in a suitable state. I was only returned my passport and allowed to leave after I asked how much longer, then receptionist randomly gave me my passsport. Only positive is a clean room.

Careless and Unhelpful Staff

I liked this hotel. It actually has 5 star potential.  However a few things need to be addressed.  First may I say I found the staff to be kind and helpful. The room are nice for the price. However 2 things kind of upset me. The first thing is when something breaks you are told it will be fixed but days later it won't be. Even after asking 3 different times. Secondly,  the maid. There were 2 of them and while one was perfectly fine the second one had an attitude as soon as the door opened.  She would stare at me and start laughing. She'd start saying things in Vietnamese to he coworker and without knowing the language I knew she was degrading me. I don't know why but it was very obvious. I started to just take the water from her and tell her not to clean. She'd go through my trash in front of me and start showing things to the other maid and just start laughing. I travel a lot and this was a first for me. Lastly, I was there for 4 weeks. She left coffee 3 times. Shampoo and bath gel 3 times. All I 4 weeks. I don't know if she takes it home or if the hotel gives her a bonus to not leave it but that was her way of doing things. I always tip maids and I  did the first couple of nights until I realized she wasn't leaving anything and I quit.  I went out and bought shampoo and coffee as I could see I couldn't rely on her for anything. Her attitude alone cost the review 2 stars and if she keeps this up with other guests they need to look at making a change.

Nice but items need attention

Me and my family, we paid for 3 double rooms. I think this hotel has a very nice facilities for the moderately small rooms. We enjoyed the stay though it is a bit far from the city centre. 

The only pity thing is that they charged 500,000 VND for 2 loss keys (my brother did). I personally don't agree with this fee, as I work in the hotel industry & I know the price of this kind of thing. 

Aside from that, everything was perfect. Recommend for everyone.

A good hotel with a nice view with a good price.

The hotel rooms and very modern, clean and highly equipped and offer fantastic views. However do not waste your money on the breakfast, only a few buffet dishes to choose from and if you do not go for breakfast very very early you are left with pretty much nothing to eat as all the food dishes were empty, I informed the people that were available to top up the food such as bread ect.. but I was informed that they had ran out of many of the foods including bread. The same happened on 4 consecutive days so it was not a one off. Highly recommend the hotel but not the breakfast.

Great stay but avoid the breakfast.

I stayed here for 2 nights, the hotel is new with new facilities. I had a nice room with beach view, clean and spacious, as the hotel is located in a convenient area you are easy to go to the beach which just across the street.
The breakfast is great on the ground floor, they change every day. The staff is friendly and always ready to help.
I will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends.

New hotel in Hon Chong, should stay!

Room is narrow and smelly. This is not a hotel but several rooms scattered in a big apartment building. The building is still under construction, construction starts early in the morning and goes on till the evening. Garbage chute is in the hallway, the smell is a disaster. Elevators seem to always be buggy or unavailable. Location is 5km away from the city center. Avoid
