Such a lovely friendly homestay, the staff were lovely & we had a sea view room with a balcony.
They offer laundry service free off charge!
Just across the road from the beach, shops & bars just a few minutes walk away.

Perfect place to stay

Next to the beach and main road of city, easily to access by all vehicles.
there is only 1 car parking in front of homestay. 
You should call and book before coming. The receptionist is friendly and giving all information you need before staying there.
There are two views, one is sea view and another is neighborhood view. Try to book sea view is better.
Next to homestay is night club with DJ, dancing girl so that's noisy at nigh.
You can rent motorbike in hotel.
The price is suitable. 

Suitable price for good view and location 

A great getaway well completed by a great home and host. The best host i have ever seen. always there to help and guide, especially when many don't speak english in nha trang. we could ask anything to Bino or his family and they will go all out to help us out. the house was located right opposite the beach and the famous Hon Cong Promontory. The is a bus stop right outside the house with 9000 dong it will take you places of interest and most importantly, restaurants in the city. it passes po nagar, cho dam, sen spa, Quang Trung road, Lê Thánh Tôn road ( which is the main road leading to tower of incense on the beach) and then to Nguyễn Thiện Thuật road which has many great restaurants cafes and shops in the area... all the way to nha trang port (cable car to vin pearl)
Bino's cousin even showed us a nice little alley for my wife to go shopping ( cheap clothes with zero tourist).
the rooms was just nice size and superb. great view. many windows giving in a lot of light during the day which can be closed with curtains. CLEAN,room and bathroom (wifeys first requirement checked).  we stayed on the 3rd floor. aircondition was cold when needed. hot shower was a little low pressure needed to wait for it to be hot. bed was comfy and big. they provided extension plug to charge 2 more devices. there was iron, hairdryer in the room. refrigerator and microwave at the common area of the floor. just 2 rooms per floor. the balcony has great view and nice place to have beer in the evening. the pub nearby were a little noisy till 11pm. they also had a small cafe downstairs, we did not get the chance to try it though. overall a nice little place conveniently located with a great view.

The view and location was the best

Everything was wonderful.The room just like the photo bathroom have a big bathtub,people is nice juice and food is delicious ,all of it is great !!!!!!

This is a great place to stay with a very friendly family and clean rooms. Yes, it’s noisy with the beeping cars, bikes and buses going past all the time, but if you stay here expecting that, then it’s ok. If you need serenity, then maybe their alternate home could be the go. We ate a fair bit here, because the food felt like home made and it was delicious. Only 1 breakfast we had when the regular cook was on a day off, was disappointing.
If you have any washing, they look after it free of charge. For the price of the accommodation and the location, service and homely feel, we rate it highly.
It’s easy enough to take the public bus for 8000VND, to the central part, or jump on the GRAB app and a taxi will pick you up easily in a few minutes.

Great Homestay 

We booked this accommodation because it was a little outside the main town area and it was perfect location. Not the crowds or bus loads of tourists. Overlooking a great swimming beach, yes there is a busy road but it does calm down at night, but it is Asia!
Many local restaurants around esp seafood ones but the best food we had was at the homestay itself, Binos sister(sorry forgot your name) is a fabulous cook and highly recommend eating there, very reasonable also.
Rooms are airy and good size and very clean. Showers are over the bath so the floor gets a little wet in the bathroom!
Staff are friendly and happy to help with a chat, book tickets or anything really.
Bus 4 stops right outside the door and will get you nearly anywhere in town for 8000vnd.
Very happy with our stay here 
Ps there is a free washing machine!

Great home stay accomodation

This place is pretty special and the staff always friendly and helpful. You feel right at home, but still have all the luxuries that you deserve on a holiday. Loved the bedding and cosy balcony with tranquil views. Highly recommend this place!!!

Cosy and pretty

We arrived to nha Trang to have a couple of days relaxing by the beach, we found this homestay and thought it would be perfect right in front of the beach, out of now town. They staff here were extremely friendly and helpful but they informed us that they didn’t have a room for us. When we had booked though booking.com nights earlier to secure our booking. They said they had made arrangements at another hotel for us to stay, didn’t really say where it was or anything we were just put into a taxi and taken away. We are now staying in the middle of town, beach is not close by in the slightest, not much to do, very few eating places. Not what we wanted and still paying the same price as a beach front location. Just slightly disappointing really. Wouldn’t bother booking here again 

Wouldn’t book again 

Our budget room was very small. Bed was comfortable and clean , bathroom adequate but floor tiles very slippery. It looked like they had started renovating the room and didn’t finish it as there were loose wires hanging out of the walls, paint spills on the skirting boards and unfinished ceiling. They was a little fridge outside on the landing with a microwave and jug. The noise from the road wasn’t noisy once inside the room which was on the 2nd floor. The cafe downstairs is fabulous and cheap, we had breakfast there each day and also we had a delicious dinner. The staff were very helpful and although we do not speak Vietnamese and the staff with limited English a few things got muddled up. The beach opposite is good at high tide. All in all for the money we enjoyed our stay. 

Budget accommodation 

I have visited 21 countries in the past 2 years - and this place is by far on the top of my list of Hotels I would stay at again. 
The staff is incredibly kind and accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. I thoroughly enjoyed their company and their rates. They provided pickup from the airport on request. They serve a delicious and well-priced breakfast with the best banh mi I’ve ever had. 
When I visit Nha Trang again I will come here because I have never had such great hospitality. 
Highly recommend ! ! !
