During my 4-day stay, I experienced two issues in the first room: the refrigerator was not cooling, and later there was a power outage. The staff handled these matters very professionally. Ms. Phurong Thao quickly arranged a replacement refrigerator and kindly assisted with a room change when I requested it, even managing to find another sea-view room for us. The Duty Manager, Mr. Hieu Nghia, made the final decision to ensure we had a room we were satisfied with. As an apology, they also offered us fruit and responded to all our other requests in ways that went beyond expectations. Thanks to their thoughtful support, our stay became a very positive and memorable experience.
