Excellent central location, near all the action, but off the main road in an alley so no traffic noise at all...the beach is just a few minutes away as well... friendly and helpful staff, with good English skills...my room was upgraded to a bigger one (much appreciated!)...2 big double beds, fully equipped with AC, fan, fridge, watercooker, flatscreen...good hot shower, steady internet...daily housekeeping ..I had booked online and paid a very cheap room rate, so it made my 4 night stay very good value!

Super central location 

6/5. The staff on reception are really lovely people. They helped us with everything and were super accommodating. The rooms are solid, nothing crazy but everything worked well and the beds were super comfy (best so far we've had in Vietnam). They also upgraded us for free to twin double room, so me and my friend had a big double each! There's daily cleaning in the rooms with fresh towels and a cheap laundry service which delivers right to your hotel door for 25k/kilo. We rented motorbikes from here (they have manual and auto) and it was really easy and stress free. Really amazing place to stay in an ideal location (right next to the areas with restaurants and a stones throw to the beach). Overall awesome place to stay especially for such a good price and I cant stress enough the amazing staff on reception, those two ladies are the best!

Amazing value for money and the best reception staff!

We stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks. We booked a week, but we couldn't move to Moyne because of the coronavirus. The hotel was good for three people. There were 3 people in the room. The usual room is very narrow for three, dark, the window looks through a meter to another hotel. We turned to the receptionist, we changed to a larger room, yes, with a view to the sea almost). The staff is very friendly. Through the google translator we communicated very well. We did all our requests. The main coffee is correct to explain. In all rooms there is everything for a comfortable life. Everything works properly and without any complaints. We have all the personal belongings available.

It's a good hotel for your money.

The hotel is located in the alley between 1 and 2 lines, so the noise and road signals are less heard in any type of room. There are no rooms nearby for a long time. Breakfast is often better than in the next sea light. The rooms are also more luxurious. It is especially pleasing the cashmere bedding and spray mattresses. In general, the 3* difference between 2 is noticeable. At the exit of the hotel, 2 coffee tables, massage, and washing at 20 kg.

One of the best hotels for its price.

It's definitely the most disgusting hotel we've ever been to. There's no swimming pool in the hotel. There's no wifi on our floor, and every time you ask for it, the girl smiles at the reception desk, OK, OK, OK and all that. There's no cleaning room until tomorrow, and in two weeks' time you'll be able to go to bed, so you'll be able to get a little extra oil and gas, but you won't be able to go to the other restaurant.

It's the worst hotel!

Good point well-situated.2 minutes walk to the sea.cheap beverages in room  than near-by shops. 
Negative side = No view of sea, only walls of other hotel, no swimming pool, staff speaks only Vietnamese

Stay at hotel

When we settled in, the friendly chat and the chocolate Allenca did their thing-they gave us suite 301 instead of a paid premier delicacy with a view of the city. What no, but the view to the sea was. Everything is fine at the hotel, and the location (5+), and the cleaning, and the breakfast, but the situation after taking a shower in the bathroom, still discourages me...The whole floor in the bathroom after taking a shower in the water, and at the level of somewhere 1 cm...What prevented me from doing the barbecue in the shower room I don't understand.

A modest hotel.

They lived in room 1103, above the kitchen room. At 5 a.m. every morning, there was a noise of food being cut, squeezed. In the room the ants were afraid to bring home. On the way out, they tried to get divorced for money. It was like they had a beer from a bar, but when they showed a photo of the bar when they settled, they immediately backed down.

It's a budget slide.

We're still at the hotel where I'm writing about... so Dubai Hotel in Nychang. Plus: Conveniently located across the road from the sea, near the lotus. Clean. Replacement of towels and underwear. Minus: Breakfast is the same. Water is not always left. And the biggest minus is that it's noisy. Something is constantly and very loudly buzzing. We're at 204 but, 2 floors. It may be quieter, but I use a takeout. Because during the day it's unnoticeable against the background of general noise, and at night it's very audible.

Not really.

We stayed in this hotel in the Premier de lux room with a view of the city and a balcony. The view of the city and the balcony is certainly strongly stated! Our room was located right above the reception, so the view from the window is directly to the neighboring building. Balcony is French, it was used for drying clothes. Wifi worked correctly, thanks to the neighbor downstairs (i.e. reception), the guys from the upper floors said that the signal was weak or not at all. In the room there was a mini fridge, tv, safe, fan, tea accessories, insect repellent, air conditioner. Noise is good, no noise on the road. The sound at 12th floor, the lights were sent about the car.
