This hotel is in a very good location just off the main beach front road, but still quiet. We had “ the best room in the hotel “ and even though the bed was comfortable and the room clean, the bathroom was not great with the shower trickling water from a hand held shower attachment and no screen. We only stayed there 2 nights before heading to Da Lat. Very much an old school budget hotel.

Simple and clean, in the very center of Bah Trang close to restaurants and shops.
It’s not a boutique hotel, of course, but if you want to save money is perfect!
My friend and I had only a night but was okay!

Simple and Clean!

We stayed for 2 nights in October 2018. The room was clean and spacious enough considering the price! Staff were very helpful and friendly. Brilliant location, 1 minute walk to the beach or bars/restaurants/motorbike rental. Greek restaurant round the block was awesome!

Currently they are building a hotel right next door, so it was really noisy from early (7am!). Though we were in room 101 which was just above reception, so it may not be bad if you were on a higher floor.

In summary, its a great hotel for the price, however I would probably ask for a high floor or avoid for the next couple of months while the building next door gets finished.

Great place to stay, couldn't be closer, yet peacefuland the reception staff are great. The rooms can not be faulted, airy and bright with great showers.
Everything was perfect. My room was really beautiful, clean and had everything I need inside. I felt the host really cares the guests :)) I recommend anyone who will travel Nha trang would stay here!!

Great! clean, friendly and good service

Check in was so easy the lady on the desk is so lovely and recommended some amazing tours and restaurants we could visit! The hotel is very clean and the beds very comfy as well. Perfect location right by the beach and near town as well! Loved it would highly recommend!

Amazing hotel and staff are so helpful!

- We booked through booking.com but when we arrived she told us that there was someone in our room so we had to either pay more to upgrade our room or sleep in a completely different room which was nothing like what we wanted, she also told us to cancel our booking for some reason. This looks like a scam as I’ve seen a lot of other reviews say this happened. Very sketchy be aware!! The next day we moved into the room we booked and it was really smelly and not very comfortable at all. Bed was rock hard.  Staff also always wanted your key when you left and would then go into your room- very unsettling. Also no hot water!!

+ location was good. Staff let us use toilet and WiFi and luggage storage on checkout day when we waited for our bus

Pretty average

It’s a small hotel in the city center,so everything you need is really close to it. The staff is friendly &very helpful. I arrived in the early morning,the receptionist (Mai) allowed me to take a shower in their bathroom and she helped me to book some excursions and my return ticket to another city in Vietnam. I also left my luggage on the ground floor and when i got back,it was totally safe at the same place. The room was clean and comfortable. I didn’t have any problems with hot water. In overall,it’s an excellent place to spend a couple of days. Thanks a lot for my staying!

Nice place to stay in to have a short holiday in Nha Trang 

Honestly, they smile and smile when you walk through the door, buttering you up after we arrive at 8am asking where you’ve been travelling from and to etc. Well after knowing we’d been travelling 10 hours in a bus they “kindly” offered us a shower. Lovely we thought, we were very early for check in, telling us that check in is at two, they clean the rooms at 10 and check out is at 12. So we went to town, clean, but exhausted. 
Came back to the hotel at two, “excuse me I have an offer for you!!” Oh?
They say our room is being taken by someone who cannot move from it because they are ill. Well, that’s unfortunate. The very friendly smiley receptionist says we cannot have the balcony and there is just a room with a window. It’s ok, but we had been waiting for this nice balcony room for a while and we were looking for something special. I ask to see the room, so I go up and the fridge “minibar” is unplugged with no drinks insight, and after asking why it turned out it was broken, dirty toilet, there however was a window... overlooking a wall... 
I came down stairs and told my fiancé and obviously neither of us happy. We both go to the desk and she telling us she’ll knock some money off, two dollars per night, for two nights, went down to 6. Telling us we had to cancel out booking, I thought strange since she could obviously sell it again if it wasn’t taken online?!? 
We decide to leave this because as we’re coming to the end of our trip we want something pleasant, at least. 
She had kept our passports in the safe when we’d gone into town, so I asked for them back, she was somewhat reluctant to give the passports back to us, another strange occurrence. 
She kept saying “please you can come back if you can’t find another room somewhere else”, “you won’t find anywhere like this for cheaper or better” 
Well we did, and in two minutes of walking out of the door. 
Why on earth this is still listed as an appropriate place to stay I have no idea, we read the bad reviews, all true, we checked our bags immediately after reading them to see if anything had been stolen. I have no doubt that if we had stayed in the squalid room that there probably would have been some “misunderstanding” somewhere. 
These were welcoming smiley helpful people, if the rooms are cleaned at 20 they should have let us know the room was taken earlier, not when we came back, we arrived at 8am and had the audacity of emailing me yesterday to “check that we were still coming in the morning”, knowing full well that she did not want to or couldn’t provide the room we booked.

Staff: the ladies who run the hotel were just amazing. Open-minded and so helpful.

Location: for our stay it was the perfect location, as it is super close to the beach. At the same time it was very quite as the hotel is in a little street. Super close to many restaurants.

Clean: room was cleaned each day. We loved it.

Definitely worth to stay here!

Clean, quite and cosy place

I recommend this place! Very nice place to stay in Nha Trang. Right at the beach and near to the busy roads but nonetheless quiet. Could sleep very well and the staff is super friendly and very helpful. Lots of tours, transfers etc. you can book there. I booked my diving trip there. Cheap drinks, one big water bottle for 8000 Dong.
