Beautiful homestay ... lovely oriental garden.  Excellent location .... just outside ancient town ... easy walking distance.  Opposite paddy fields.  Easy cycle ride to beach!  The homestay is very well taken care off ....  very clean.  The rooms are cleaned daily;  there’s a kettle in the room.  Very friendly and helpful host family.  Would highly recommend!

Thanks a lot Leaf homestay, last week I had business work at Hoian and after read a lot good review about this homestay and I chose it , didnt regret to choose it. Clean room with big bed - so green garden with so many kinds of flowers I love it so much , the owner is so kind , helpful and friendly . Homestay is in quiet area where is convincing to get bike to go down town.

A friendly family who are attentive to your needs. Rooms have all the amenities to hand and the breakfast is a perfect start to the day with Vietnamese and European options to choose from. The homestay is in a good location from which to explore Hoi An and its wider area. Use of free bikes is excellent.

We stayed at Leaf Homestay in October and thought it was excellent value for the money.  Tao was extremely friendly and helpful.  There were 5 choices for breakfast, all tasty, and it was easy to eat gluten-free.  And, when a returning guest was celebrating his birthday, Mr. Ty and Tao invited us to a party for him where they cooked delicious snacks.  My husband and I really enjoyed our time at this location, and should we ever visit Hoi An again, would definitely stay at Leaf.  PS Have cash to pay the bill at check out - they don't take credit cards.

Really good place to stay in Hoi An, quiet, close from the ancient old. You can get free bicycle or rent motorbike for cheap. 
If you are sporty you have the gym 5 min walking distance from their place and it’s a great one. Hosts are lovely and always helpful. We had our train in the evening and we could stay all day in our room so nice from them! I recommend ++ 

This is a perfect choice for those on a budget, or want to be walking distance from town center, yet be near rice paddies or want to experience a local family while vacationing! Owners are very welcoming (Mr. Ty and "sister" Thao) and treated us like family.  Extra mangoes and water bottles were packed for us for our 5am MySon tour, an adapter was given and we had extra hours of stay, while we waited for our midnight flight. Thao also took us to her village/family house to see a wood carving shop. Rooms are comfortable, spacious, clean and well equipped.  Departure was like leaving family behind ....best homestay facility in Hoi An!

From the moment we arrived the hosts of Leaf homestay were incredibly welcoming and lovely. Our room was really spacious and decorated really nicely. There are free bicycles that you can take out and cycle around the nearby fields with, or take to the beach as its a nice and reasonably quiet route for cyclists.

The homestay is immaculate, and the room has lots of great amenities - a TV, mini fridge, kettle, and air conditioning. The big bottles of water and coca-cola is only 10,000VND (which is much cheaper than some of the shops in Hoi An!)

The breakfast is filling and very tasty, and the decoration of the many plants at the entrance and breakfast area of the homestay is lovely to look at. Laundry is available at the homestay for a small charge, and a car can be arranged for airport transfers if you need it.

The hosts have made such a lovely effort to make sure their guests have a splendid time at their homestay and I thoroughly recommend staying with them during your time in Hoi An! Staying here was one of our main highlights of visiting the area :) 

Me and my boyfriend have been travelling for 4 months now and this is by far the best place we have stay. The bedroom and bathroom are big and spotless, the location is very close to everything including beach and old town! You are given bikes for free, so can cycle around the town. The owners are amazing and make you feel at home, they are the nicest people ever and will go out of their way to help you. Breakfast is also included and is delicious!

First, I just one to say that all the other reviewers did justice to Leaf Homestay. I went to Vietnam several times, several cities and this is by far the best stay ever, 

From the time I made a booking, Mr Ty straight away emailed to confirm, and he’s responding to my question very quick, end up I booked airport transfer from Danang through them, and later back to Danang with a really fair price. 

I only stayed 2 nights for short recharging and wish I can stay longer. I enjoyed every minutes here, the quiet environment, the beautiful garden, the comfort and clean room, the good bfast, they even provide the water and soft drink with cheaper price vs mini market as well as free bicycle. 

Ms. Thao is very kind, she’s like my aunt taking a very good care of me and my cousin. I feel so welcome here, and it’s so genuine. As Asian traveler in Asia, many times I got different treatment by fellow Asian host compare to westerner, but not here. 

Next time I’m in Hoi An for longer period, LH will definitely be my place to stay.

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Leaf Homestay, so good that we initially booked 4 nights but ended up staying 7! 
Firstly the rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable and are cleaned every day, en suite bathroom is great with a rainfall shower and is very clean. The room also has a fridge, air con and TV and a very comfortable big double bed. So there is no question you will have a comfortable stay.
What makes this Homestay extra special though is the family that run it, Tao & Mr T! They are absolutely fantastic, they are so kind and caring and will go out of their way to ensure you have a fantastic stay. You can use the bikes to cycle to the beach, you can have wonderful breakfast everyday on the front porch surrounded by fantastic flowers, they even cooked us a fantastic meal one evening with their family. Honestly they are the best. One day we stayed and I felt unwell, Tao made me a special Beef soup and Vietnamese tea that made me feel so much better and then she did our laundry while we went out in the afternoon. Genuinely we couldn’t have asked for anymore, the kindness they showed us during our stay is unmatched by anything I have experienced at any other accommodation. If you are visiting Hoi An this is the place to stay and it is totally great value too... what is not to love!
