Tam Coc Eco-Lodge

A lovely place to stay about 1km outside the town. You are surrounded by limestone walls so very secluded and spectacular. They have a restaurant here but easy to walk into town for food. Great swimming pool in the centre of their little lake. Rooms pleasant.

Visited as part of a tour group and stayed for 2 nights. There were 4 families in total and most were given rooms overlooking the pool. I stayed with a 12 year old and one adult & we were given a room with two double beds that faced the lotus flower pond rather than pool.  The room was amazing. Air con, room fan, shower and generally a welcoming hotel.
It is very quiet which may not suit everyone, but it is around 15 min leisurely walk to the village where there is plenty to stroll around and do in the evening.
The hotel have bikes that can be borrowed for free for going to the village or further exploring through the local paddy rice fields.
Would definitely recommend getting your washing done at this location if travelling through. The washing is priced by kilo (around £1.50/kilo which is about half a carrier bag full-ish) and is a very good price. A  24hr wash service so great for getting all our undewear, shorts, t-shirts etc washed! There is an additional 3% charge for using a card (rather than cash) but this was normal throughout our stays in Vietnam.
Breakfast was included and is served in the main reception/dining area - but most took food outside as the views are amazing.
The hotel is in a valley and is surrounded by mountains. It is very pretty.
The pool is lovely and is illuminated at night. It is surrounded by a water with fish in so you have to cross a small bridge to get to it.
Note: There was no restaurant or food facilities. Only breakfast is served, but the village is easy to get to.

Its tucked away but close to town.Scooter/bike hire available.Pool,although with it being hot didnt have any shade.
Breakfast was limited but plenty options in town which isn't far.

After searching for ages, I stumbled upon reviews of this place.  So do yourself a favour and just book this!  Waking up to the sound of birds and koi fish swimming under your private balcony is just beautiful! The views from the pool are fantastic.  Rooms are basic - but they are clean.  Breakfast is simple but eating it by the lagoon is very nice. A tranquil oasis only 5-10min easy bike ride to the bustling Tam Coc central area. They hire bicycles for a few dollars a day.  We did an early morning easy bike ride to Mua Cave past rice fields and explored the local area. We loved it!

Tam Coc Nature Lodge is the perfect destination for travelers seeking relaxation, adventure, or a little bit of both.

Gorgeous.  It is nestled in a cove with a karst on one side and the river on the other. Just far enough away from bustle of Tam Coc scooters.  Ten minute walk from center.  
Lovely bungalows overlooking pool.  Our GPS led us to the locked back gate, use directions from their website.

All members of my family did enjoy this ecolodge very much ! 
- Room is big , clean and great view
- Breakfast is so great! my children love it so much 
- Swimming pool is amazing! 
- Ecolodge is so quiet  and so relaxing! 
- Staffs are so friends so we can share so many things about this area! 
- In 2 days here We can visit many places in Tam Coc as Sampan at Ngo Dong river , Bird Watching , Temples  and walk around the town at night ! 
Highly recommended if you travel Tam Coc , should spend one or two nights in Tam Coc Nature Ecolodge ! 
I will come back to stay here in the future !

Tam Coc Nature is a very pleasant hotel, set away from the central road of Tam Coc around 1-2 km. We stayed here for 3 nights. There are many scenic roads and pathways through rice  paddle in this area, and you really feel like you are in nature. Seriously, every direction you look is a five star photo op. The hotel itself is nestled amongst several small limestone mountains, and the rooms overlook a small lake. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai at night and watching the fireflies. The room was clean, spacious, and pretty rustic, but very comfortable. We only ate breakfast in the restaurant, which was included in our booking price, and consisted of several Western and Vietnamese items, as well as coffee, tea, and a few different fruit juice choices. They also made eggs and pancakes to.order. They rent motorcycles for VD 140,000 which is higher than the typical going rate for VD 100,000 at other places, so we walked a short distance to rent our motorcycles down the road.  The entrance to the Tam Coc boat ride is also a short walk from the hotel, but having done both the Tam Coc and the Trang Am boatroad, I would definitely recommend the second over the first. The only reason we did both was that the first day we arrived, it was raining heavily and we didn’t want to drive anywhere, so we walked to Tam Coc boat tour and did that in the rain.  

Anyway, I highly recommend Tam Coc Nature — it’s a very pleasant and interesting place to stay.

The setting of this hotel is absolutely gorgeous - I really don’t think it could be beaten.  The views all round are just stunning. An easy 10/15 minute walk to town so wonderfully peaceful too.  Room was adequate, quite large - the only thing missing was a bedside light and the light switch was by the door.  Lovely balcony over the water. Decor was basic but clean and fresh towels were provided for our second day. Breakfast was just ok but good coffee.  For the price I would highly recommend it.

Tam Coc Naturę Lodge is a wonderful little hotel just outside of the main streets of Tam Coc. It is very peaceful and in a beautiful setting. The front desk person that was most helpful to us was Men. She was very friendly and helped arrange our excursions and transportation back to Hanoi. She always had a smile and good advice for what to do. The lodge is a short bike ride or walk to the main part of Tam Coc. The TV was out while we were there which made it very very quiet. Luckily, we were able to use the wifi to stream movies.

Beautiful Tam Coc Nature Lodge!

pleasant and peaceful stay in Tam Coc. Fantastic location, 10 minute walk to Tam Coc Main Street which is the ideal distance to feel completely rural but also have multiple restaurants and a lively bar scene very easily accessible. Simply presented room which was very clean and comfortable with a gorgeous balcony overlooking a pond and a unique island swimming pool. Staff were friendly and accommodating, we rented motorbikes for 2 days for 120,000 VND/day which was definitely the best way of accessing this incredible part of Vietnam. The roads felt safe and were well made with minimal traffic. Breakfast was ok nothing special but very convenient with a lovely view.

Amazing & Peaceful  Ecolodge in Tam Coc

Great location, spent one night here before taking the overnight train to Hue (so 2 full days in the location)

Bike rental is very handy as a great way to explore the beautiful countryside. 

Some of the facilities are a bit tired and the majority of the staff members seemed like the couldn't be bothered to be working there, the majority of the men working were either making fun of French clients or playing games on their phone on full volume (while people were trying to order off them)

AC broken in the room. Light in toilet broken. Kettle broke after using it once.

The staff member who dropped us to the train station was an absolute gentleman and I wish him well.
