The room was nice and clean. The bathroom was a little underwhelming but definitely not a deal breaker. The location is prime (down a narrow street that cars can't fit down, our taxi was a little confused), the room was very big, and everyone downstairs was helpful and friendly. We only spent one night in Ho Chi Minh City but the hotel kept our bags for us while we waited for our night bus.
