First impression? Disappointing, it's in a small alley. 2 days in? Warming up to it. If not for the location, I'd miss out on the more authentic local life. Super close to Bui Vien is a huge plus.

I guess I haven’t been in the place with that conduction with that price! Friendly staff, really well located, and excelent conduction 😃

For some people could be hard to get with the place on the first time, but then you will easily go in and out when you want!

Owner (Sean?) was very accommodating. Cozy is up in an alley but it's easy to get there. Once you're up in the main road which is Pham Ngu Lao, there are maybe 5 convenience stores lined up and we can get Grab in a breeze (we just use Liberty 4 Hotel as pick up point). Hotel is affordable for a group of 3, and the room was spacious (we got the room in GF). Very comfortable place to sleep in and retire after a day-long tour outside. Cozy was the perfect choice for us travelers who are foodies and wants to walk. Grab rides are cheap and 5-10 minutes away from Saigon Skydeck, Ben Thanh, and City Post Office. Excellent location and customer service!

Last 2 days of our stay, I can smell something in the bathroom? Probably coming from the pipes or something, maybe when I flush or use water. Other than that, it was a fantastic stay.

This place is located right in the middle of the backpackers district, but in a smaller alley, so it was pretty quiet during the night. It was very clean and the very polite and smiley owner gave us quite a few tips in order to survive on our first days in Ho Chi Minh. Great value for money right in the middle of the city!

This hotel is centrally located in a exciting part of town but is quietly situated in a back alley. Noises of the night were not a problem. The hotel is very clean. Please remember to take your shoes off upon entering. 
Lovely new bathroom with hot water and a large shower head. Clean towels!
The beds are a little on the hard side but the price for the suite that sleeps four comfortably was very reasonable. We got a great deal. 
A short walk to busy shopping streets and good quality restaurants also very reasonably priced.
We checked out at noon and came back at 20.00 to pick up our luggage. The owner offered us to use the shower in his private home across the alley.  Since I was soon to get on a sleeper bus for an eight hour journey, this offer of a shower was most welcome!! For backpackers or any tourists on a budget, I can highly recommend this hotel.

Great experience staying at the hotel. Very good and clean. The staff are really kind and helpful especially Pony. She gave all of the information needed and was very informative. She definitely made that experience much more better. Gave lots of inside information and tips and she is definitely an asset to the hotel.

Very near Bui Vien Walking Street and De Tham Street

Great value/location/owner

We stay at Cozy Hotel for 2 nights. The hotel location was a little difficult to find as it is located inside an alley.  The hotel location is great, it is right inside "Bui Vien Walking Street", If you like to party and people watching.  The room we stayed was clean, comfortable and quiet.  But I would not call it a hotel, it is more like an 'Inn" instead.  We had a very late flight out and the owner was kind enough to hold our luggage and let us use the shower.

Famiy Own Clean Hotel

This hotel is a perfect place for a relaxing stay in this buzy city. The owner is the nicest man that you just want to give a hug and the rest of the family os equally great. The hotel is nice and clean and the rooms are big and modern. They have free wifi and the showerhead is so big that you just want to take a shower all day. The only thing I could comment on would the the beds. They could have bought some softer matresses. The area is very central and you have everything you need in walking distance.

This is a great little hotel in a good location. We stayed 4 nights and were very comfortable. The room is small, with no window but was very clean, a/c, wifi, tv and towels.
The owner is very welcoming and had a lot of recommendations for us. He also booked us on some tours to the Cu Chi tunnels and Mekong delta and arranged our transport to the airport. 
The location is in a back alley of the backpackers area, filled with bars and eateries. 
Price was cheap. I would stay here again. 

Clean comfortable and cheap

Fantastic little hotel just odd the beaten path but steps away from all the excitement, this is the perfect location. 

The owner (Mr. Son) was friendly, extremely helpful and very welcoming. 

I had booked one night but ended up staying 3 nights because I felt right at home. 

Hotel is clean, convenient and offers anything you need for a budget stay! 

Wish I could've stayed longer.
