Silverland Min hotel ticks all the boxes if you are on mid budget and looking for excellent service. The location of hotel is perfect, close to Opera and other shopping centers. I believe this is the best location hotel if you like to be near to top attractions and avoid noisy streets. The entire hotel staff is polite and very supportive. They accommodated our early check-in request and offered room before standard check in time. I appreciate this ! Room was neat, clean and tidy- no frills. We stayed in a Family room which was spacious and adequate. The breakfast was good and one of the server- Kacey made special arrangement - a vegetarian noddle dish and cold coffee for us. Thank you soooo much Kacey- you are amazing ! We are happy and completely satisfied with hotel staff, service and their hospitality. Thank you Silverland Min, we would definitely return.
