12 reviewsI stayed in his hotel for 2 weeks, while on a study related trip. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. However the location is what needs to be kept in mind when booking. I chose the hotel as it was very close to the university I needed to attend most of the time i was there, and for that reason it was excellent, however it is situated in a part of district 3 which is a little bit too far out from the main tourist spots. It is about a 20-30 minute walk from the main attractions in district 1. About a 20 min walk from the Ben Tanh Market. So realistically you will need to be taking some taxis. However in saying that, it does have some nice restaurants close by (I recommend Propaganda and Hum) and its situated very close by the war remnants museum, about a 10 minute walk away. The Hotel staff were mostly helpful, there are always multiple people at reception to help. My room was also very nice, it was a much larger room that i expected for the price, and it had 2 windows. My main issue with the hotel was the noise. The walls must have been very thin because I could hear every single sound, I could hear my neighbour snoring, flushing the toilet and showering, I heard a persons phone ring and then I was able to listen to the entire phone call, as i could hear everything. I could also hear some kind of music, at night and sometimes in the morning from outside of the hotel. But otherwise I had a very nice stay for my 2 weeks In Ho Chi Minh City, and if the location had been a bit closer to the attractions I would recommend to any other tourist staying.
