We are frequent travelers and often celebrate birthdays during our holidays, but this was the first time a hotel truly made it so special and heartwarming. The Grand Saigon team went above and beyond — they surprised us at the breakfast table by announcing the birthday with warm wishes, and even sent a beautiful cake, a lovely flower bouquet, and a handwritten note to our room. 💐🍰 Our stay was super comfortable, with spacious rooms and excellent amenities. The hotel’s central location made everything easily accessible in the city. Another big plus was their support with a late checkout, which really added to our experience. Thank you, Grand Saigon Hotel, for making our celebration unforgettable — we’ll cherish this memory forever and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City!
