Clean and spacious, but it is noisy as music from outside can be heard till at about 2am. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was minimal. It's a choice of noodles or baguettes. You have to pay for your own drinks. Walking distance to Bui Vien and Ben Tanh market.
