Great hotel in a good location - walking distance to many sights and not too noisy at night.
Staff were lovely and super helpful - recommended a tour for our day trip to Ninh Binh which turned out to be awesome. 
Breakfast was decent, enough variety for our 3 night stay.

We had a wonderful stay at San Boutique Hanoi! The location is excellent - right in the heart of the Old Quarter, making it easy to explore the city. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. A special thanks to Cara, who went out of her way to make sure everything met our expectations. Her warm and attentive service truly made our stay extra special. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend the hotel, all the staff are very helpful, the breakfast is good, the rooms are comfortable. I would like to praise the receptionist Cara the most, who helped us plan the whole trip, and was available for anything we needed. Always with a smile. We absolutely loved our stay at San Boutique. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming and Cara is a great host. The rooms are spacious and clean and the location is amazing, on a quieter street within walking distance to everything. The breakfast is lovely too. You must stay here if you’re visiting Hanoi!

With full amenities and a convenient location, it is an ideal place for relaxation and exploration.

We are truly impressed with my experience at San Boutique Hotel during my stay. I would like to give special thanks to Cara, the customer service representative, who made my stay even more enjoyable. Cara took the initiative to have my room ready before the check-in time (2 PM), which made me feel very comfortable and welcomed.

Additionally, when I faced an issue with a lost luggage at the airport, Cara helped me contact the airline and resolve the issue quickly. Thanks to her support, I was able to retrieve my luggage without any hassle.

The hotel is clean, well-equipped, and in a great location, but the customer service is truly what makes this place stand out. I will definitely return whenever I have the chance.

The location is great, right in the city center, so it’s super lively. We love trying local food, so we didn’t have breakfast at the hotel so nothing to comment on there. The room was clean and worth the price. The staff was really friendly. Big thanks to Rachel for recommending places to check out and some awesome coffee and food spots

From A-Z, ready to help book tours or suggest "secret" culinary corners. In particular, the beautiful location is an ideal place to enjoy breakfast or watch the sunset covering the Old Quarter in gold.

Unbeatable for value, location and service

Great location in the heart of the old city, easy to walk around the city. The staff were also extremely friendly, especially the front desk - Cara Customer Service chatted with me. They also helped me a lot with storing my luggage at the end and delivering them to the taxi stand
However, the door to the room is a bit thin, the sound of people going up and down the stairs and talking is a bit loud. 8th floor
