263 reviewsTwo of the front desk staff were absolutely charming and spoke very good English. We don’t know the woman’s name but the man was Eric and if I had anything to do with it he would be the manager! All the staff were very helpful in every way. The room was perfectly adequate with a great shower. We didn’t find it to be noisy although in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. Breakfast was not like in the pictures but good nonetheless. Buffet and a la carte. Nice staff and never too crowded to have a table. Great location. A few blocks away was our favourite outdoor bbq and also a wonderful Indian restaurant. We tend to eat local with the one exception of a good Indian meal on occasion because it’s unavailable at home. We really liked this hotel and its sister hotel a few blocks away called The Little Diamond.
