New but partially completed hotel: no lighting in the bathroom, no double glazing we hear the casino music at 200 meters the bed is very good the restaurant as well as breakfast

Pro : hotel cleaness is average, the view from hotel restaurant at L11 can have a nice view of the river and mountain. there are lots of convenience shop nearby to ease customer to drop by to by goods.

Con: the receptionist and other workers there cant speak and understand english. its had to communicate with them when there is problem

Good for rest

We spent two weeks in Vietnam and Cambodia, and we landed on February 6, 2018 in this hotel with our group of French tourists. Nothing special, except that this hotel is well maintained, friendly and attentive staff! Olga and François Herpin

Overall this establishment is clean and well maintained. However, the rooms are impersonal and not at all warm. The TV is on the side and not on the wall opposite the bed which is not convenient at all. The ventilation in the bathroom makes a lot of noise and we found it very unpleasant. For the rest everything is in average neither more nor less.

Average hotel

This hotel is not so far with night market. The problem is only one lift. Need to wait to go up and down. Internet wifi is very very slow. Breakfast is average too. Mattress is hard like a rock. Room facilities are not so great.

Just average 

The hotel is not far from Halong Bay. Medium size But with full facilities. The breakfast restaurant is located on the top floor of the hotel, the room  is wide, the bed is comfortable and can see the sea view from the room.

We had a nice room with a big bed, perfectly clean. Bottles of water are gracefully provided. Our bathroom was really nice and big. Italian shower, clean with products. We enjoyed our overnight stay.

a lovely hotel

The staff is not English speaking, the cloth towels are not washed, the coffee and tea for breakfast are ready from the night before, but most importantly, we saw a rat in the bread grill in the restaurant room (see photo of the crumbs in the crumbs receiver)!! The waitress (steaming) absolutely wanted me to pay, which I refused. There was no one responsible. In my friends' room, the pillow was completely torn and the stuff was coming out. Balance sheet: I slept on top of the sheets.
