Bien Song Hotel

After travelling down from hanoi on the sleeper train, we arrived at our hotel to the very happy and cheery owner. The hotel itself is spotless, very very clean and towels are changed regularly. It is about a 15 minute walk to the beach, but in the beautiful weather, who cares? I'd read previous reviews saying no shops were nearby, this is not true. There are local convenience stores 2 minutes away, and a supermarket 5 minutes away by taxi which will cost you 40,000 dong (just over $1.50/ 1 GBP). The breakfast included was a few dishes rotated really, but very tasty and when your room rates are so good, then there is no need to gripe about it. Room size is great and a communal balcony for each floor is never busy in this quaint little hotel. The only SMALL negative was the wifi. It didnt reach our room so if you wanted to use it you would have to be in the hall. This was never a major issue though, in Danang surely your hotel room is merely a base to lay your head, when most of the day will be spent out on the beautiful beaches or exploring the nearby Hoi An. Overall an excellent family run hotel, fantastic price and would definitely stay again if I was to return to Danang. If im not as fortunate to do so then I'll have to just recommend it!
