If you're staying in Hoi An, I highly recommend taking the short trip to Cham Island and staying at Mumma Kim's Island Smiles Homestay. From the moment we arrived, Mumma Kim made us feel like part of the family. She treated us to delicious home-cooked meals and ensured our stay was comfortable, and connected us with locals for snorkeling, and if it’s you’re thing, you can do fishing, and other island activities. It’s a super budget-friendly option, and a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the generous Vietnamese culture and island spirits. It’s modest amenities but has everything you need.
