Receptionists Mr Phi and hotel owner Mr Hoang very humble and helpful.

Its location very close to city centre.
Best for stay if all days you going to tour around Da Lat.
Its a good hotel with good price.

Good price and good location

This is a basic, not too expensive hotel. We paid 300.000 dong including breakfast, which was ok. The room we had was on the fifth floor. Elevator works perfectly and it looks like it's their winning horse since they clean it so thoroughly. Shining bling bling! Location was perfect for us since it's near Singh. Rooms is average seize, bathroom was good with a nice shower. The bed was a bit so so and at night a lot of noise from the street up front. It's doesn't have good isolation. Room was clean though, but the linen were a bit dirty, but they changed after mentioning it. 
Wifi was ok. Breakfast was good, though a bit sober. No fruits. It looked like they don't offer breakfast as a standard. Overall it was a nice hotel, with a bad night of sleep. 

Basic rooms, noisy nights

Stayed here one night as it was close to the pickup place for our bus the next morning.
Its a little bit old but clean. The bedsheet was very small for two persons, but for the rest comfortable. Shower was also great. 
Breakfast was included (300.000 dong in total for 2 persons) and consisted of tea and coffee, two bread per person and a fried egg. Basic but tasty. 
Service was average, as in a lot of places staff spoke barely english, but they did change the sheets when we found some weird stains in it.

Basic budget 

The location of the hotel is a bit 40min from the airport. Average in all forms. Checkout bit slow. Bart closed early. Quiet room with good bed. Shower was not nice due to changing temperature. Two bottles of water are offered in the room. Friendly staff

Average with unstable hot water

I have stayed second time.
This hotel gone bad because owner changed whole staff.

Receptionist don't know English and very rude. If you request even hair dryer then you have to come down to repetition and pick and submit or they will quarrel with you if you don't bring it back. There was just one or two room occupancy and they kept off all lights in lobby of floors.
Feels like ghost house with just one staff at reception.
