This is such a hidden Gem. Far enough to stay away from the hustle & bustle but close enough to go anywhere. Very walkable. I would stay here again.

The accommodation is clean and comfortable. We have stayed for 2 nights at Hoi An. The homestay is located at a very convenient location which we can access to the night market and the riverside with a 2-minute walk. Unexpectedly, we didn’t hear any noise from the busy bars and restaurants that were just one block away. The breakfast was nice and the owner was nice enough to let us eat a bit earlier so we could grab a quick bite before the local tour starts.

Our stay was good. The place is clean and breakfast is just enough for us. It’s in a quiet area. Close to the center. I highly recommend this place.

Excellent and caring staff, brilliant location close to the action of town but pretty quiet.

Property is in a great location. Hosts are great- helpful! They also have a wonderful tailor for custom suits/ dresses.Breakfast was lovely, not the most cleanly coming from North American standards, but acceptable.

Our stay at Bill and Ben Homestay in Hoi An was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and a welcome beer, making us feel right at home. The family’s hospitality was unparalleled, and they truly went above and beyond to make our stay special.One highlight was the incredible shirts that the lady of the house, a master tailor, crafted for us. Each shirt was a testament to her skill and dedication, adding a personalised touch to our visit. Gorgeous people inside and out, the hosts made our time in Hoi An unforgettable. We can't recommend Bill and Ben Homestay highly enough and give them a well-deserved 5-star rating.

A perfect and a quiet place but still very close to the old town and shopping.The stay included very good breakfast and the owner and staff is very friendly and helpful.Also free bicycles.

We were very well received at this Homestay. Everything was very clean, organized, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very attentive.

Such a friendly family that can’t do enough for you. The homestay room was big, perfect air con and clean. The location is perfect - easily walkable to the old town and right near the night markets but very quiet. There is also a very cute local restaurant at the end of the steet called ‘hi’. Highly recommend this homestay - excellent value

Pleasant stay with very friendly and helpful owner

We had a great stay here. The family are so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Their Homestay is beautiful and very modern. We had a delicious breakfast and they organised several tours for us. Highly recommend and surpassed our expectations. I would recommend staying here for a great visit to Hoi An, it is located 2 minutes from the river and old town. Thank you to this hard working family.

My stay at this hotel was exceptional, largely due to the incredible kindness of the owners. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, providing personalized recommendations and always greeting us with a smile. The pricing is fair, offering great value for the quality of accommodation and service received. What sets this hotel apart is its prime location. Situated in an excellent area, it is safe to wander around even late at night. All the popular dining spots and nightlife are just two blocks away, yet the hotel itself is in a super quiet location, guaranteeing a peaceful night’s sleep. This balance of convenience and tranquility is rare and truly appreciated.

We had a wonderful stay with Lùu’s family. Good location, only one block to the night market and 10 minutes walk to the old city. The room was quiet, clean, spacious and very comfortable beds! Breakfast was basic but very good! Great coffee every morning!Big shout out to Lùu!! She was the most helpful Homestay owner I ever met in my life!! She arranged almost everything we needed for us, from renting motorbikes, buying SIM card, exchange money, making dresses and shirts, book flights..   Thank you so much!!We will definitely recommend your place to everyone!!

A family run bed and breakfast. Great hosts. Veey friendly, polite and helpful. Very conveniently located for the historical Hoi An and shops. Great spacious and very clean room. I slept well. The only issue was in the evening the shower would be too hot, even when turned towards cold. It is not the first time it had happened to me in Vietnam. This is usually less of a problem in the morning.

This was the most wonderful place to stay during my trip to Hoi An. The location is stellar, it is immaculately clean, and the family that runs the Homestay is very kind, honest, and trustworthy. They let you use their bikes for free, and can help you plan whatever day trips you'd like at a very fair price with no upsell tactics. Plenty of hot water and a comfortable bed. I would definitely stay again!

A Phenomenal Homestay in the Perfect Location

Excellent property! The room was clean and spacious with great complimentary toiletries.  The property owners were friendly, professional and so helpful throughout my stay.  Bill Ben is located right by the night market as well as plenty of restaurants, spas and shopping right on the island.  A three minute walk and you are in the heart of the ancient city.  10/10! The value for the price is outweighed only by how lovely the owners are:)

I stayed here for 1 night. It was an excellent experience. I mostly like their cleanliness. It is neat and clean which makes anyone feels better. They have bicycles that guests can take for a ride in the neighborhood. And the owner was very friendly and super cooperative.One suggestion from me is they should put a waste basket in the room and a mirror. There was only one waste basket in the bathroom but not in the room.  I think it would be great if they put these. Overall it is a nice homestay.Highly recomended.
