The service at the hotel is amazing. I have a wonderful stay at the hotel. There were a couple issues at the room but they addressed it quickly. I will definitely stay in this hotel again.The room is big and nice balcony to relax after a long day. Breakfast has a lot of options. Hotel location is about 10-15 minutes walk from old town. I like it as it's very quiet at night. The hotel neighbourhood is very nice too, many shops, restaurants and mini-marts around. Very safe to walk around.There is free bike to use. I used it for 3 days and bike everywhere. Be aware that some bikes are not in good condition. You might want to check it before leaving the hotel. I ran into an issue on the last day. The paddle broke off while I was biking around. You can call the hotel or find a motorbike shop nearby to fix it. I have it fixed at a bike shop and bike back to hotel okay. Hotel also can arrange tour and book transportation too. They booked a car for me to go to Da Nang. It's cheaper than Grab.
