Wow the first thing I like this hotel so much because the price is very comparative with such a place like this - very near to the Pham Van Dong beach which I know is the most crowded and beautiful in Da Nang. You can hire motorbike to go to the city. the hotel is nearly 1 km to Han river. The price is also OK and comparative to others one. 120,000 VND per day and 30,000 VND per hour. we stayed in 4th floor and the most terrible thing to me is they do not have elevator. The other things is very ok, nice place, nice hotel, nice staffs (oh I like the receptionist very much, she is very helpful and cute. And the securities man in the evening is also very nice which you can only feel via Vietnamese speaking words) The hotel is new so you still smell the wood which not very pretty but you can avoid by opening the window when you go out.
