Lotus Residence

My husband and I were lucky enough to have stayed at the Lotus Residence for 5 weeks this spring. I highly recommend this setting for long term stays in Da Nang. We had a new and well appointed 1 bedroom apartment with a small balcony. The staff was kind and helpful, making sure that the apartment was cleaned, laundry done, taxis called, and recommendations for medical care. The recommendation of Dr. Diep, an accomplished acupuncturist who makes house calls, was a life saver for me. There is a small restaurant downstairs that was great for breakfast and coffee as well as restaurants within walking distance. My husband particularly enjoyed the Billabong Bar and spent many evenings there making new friends with a diverse international crowd. The ocean is less than a block away and a very easy walk. So many thanks to the owners, Neil and Thuy for a great visit. Hope to stay at the Lotus again on our next trip.
