A really nice place, but in a bad shape. The rooms are old fashioned could use some new paint and general renovation. Neither the TV nor the AC had a remote control. The warm water, that the hotel announced wasn't working, nor was the POS, so all payments had to be made in cash. There was no place nearby to get cash and all shops and stores nearby do also only accept cash. 

Out of the two pools, one was out of service for maintenance. The other one was working with a single pump and hence was dirty. Also it was low on water. The water was green. Out of the three bars, only the pool bar was active. The restaurant bar close to the beach was out of service and the beach bar was discontinued. We had to contract a neighboring restaurant for service and pay for it, while it was supposed to be included by the hotel.  

Food was nice but all the day the same. It was also very spicy and in addition, there were no drinks offered, other than water. There was natural juice for breakfast, but it was more like water than fruits or a juice. In addition, staff was constantly reviewing and asking what you had brought, even though you were supposed to eat whatever you want (all inclusive).  

Drinks were supposed to be free. However, no softdrinks were offered. Beer was only available after 7:00 PM and at a limited amount. In addition to that, there was only Piña Colada and - on one day - Cubra Libre. 

The hotel staff howver was very nice and cooperative. Very friendly people, trying to help as much as they can. However, WiFi was not working and the mini bar was empty. One could ask to take some beer up to the room, but they would usually give you no more than two or four at a time. 

For the price and for a short weekend stay, this was more than ok. We were a bit disappointed, since after the announcement we expected a bit more from the hotel. Still it was a nice time for a quick and spontanous escape, as ours was.

I have been here for 4 nights and one day... Btw it was my birthday and i m really glad that garden paradise made my birthday more special...its a very awesome place ...at awesome location (near beach)..very excellent service... Delicious food and much more... Its a real paradise..

Awesome place to have fun

The hotel was just perfect. The cleanliness, the staff, the service is spot on. I was completely satisfied with the service. There was not a single flaw in the hotel. The food was mesmerizing n delicious.

JUST ONE WORD...AWESOME👌

Spent 1 week with my family there, best hotel I have visited yet. The employees coordination and the food is very healthy. Everything is fine in the rooms. I would like to visit again if i get a chance.
