Hablar de Villa Caracol, es hablar de alta calidad y excelencia en el servicio con personal enfocado en hacer sentir al turista como en casa sin preocupaciones y totalmente relajado. Felicito a Alexandra , Jackson , Carolina y el resto de personal que tienen una calidad humana grandiosa. La posada altamente recomendada. Y todos los paseos fueron espectaculares, realmente un total paraíso en Los Roques. Crasqui the best one, Francisqui grandiosa y Madrisqui muy buena también. Todos los turistas tienen en el mundo tienen que visitar los Roques ... 

When I think about “Posada Villa Caracol” is like thinking about high quality and excellence service with staff focused in give the best attention to the tourist and tcan feel like in their home ( relaxed and no worried). Congrats to Alexandra, Jackson, Carolina and rest of staff, they have a great human quality. The Posada is highly recommended. All trips to the beaches were amazing, really a paradise. “Crasqui” the best one. Francisqui outstanding and Madrisqui very good too. All tourist  in the world has to visit Los Roques.

Villa Caracol is a beautiful and cozy place to stay. Every corner has a special detail. Full of light, and breeze. Rooms with air conditioner, comfortable beds, and a bathroom with all you can need. Very clean place. Healthy, fresh and delicious homemade food.
You will love this posada, and you would like to have it as your home. The staff is amazing! Katherine, Vicky, Fabiana, Carolina, Dai, Tatiana, Jackson and Miguel have everything under control for your enjoyment: From flight reservations, room bookings, excursions, meals, things to do around, etc, they will be there for you.
A couple of extras to consider: Villa Caracol includes Cayo de Agua excursion, please do not miss it! This is the most amazing beach in Los Roques. Also Villa Caracol has a great website and payment process that make everything effortless.
Wifi enters and leaves (a subject of deficiency country), but at the end, better so you can disconnect and relax. Next door neighbor can be noisy.

To die for

I wanted to go to Los Roques so I did a deep search on posadas. Asked people around, TripAdvisor reviews other sites, etc. And this Posada was in my top 5. So I wanted to give it a try. 

Let me say the place is beautiful, the service from the people who worked there is amazing. There was some kind of confusion when I arrived but it was resolved in 2 minutes. Katherine, the person in charge was so helpful, attentive, and polite. Since the very first day till the last day. 

Fabiana which was the waitress and bartender was very kind and polite. Also, all the other ladies and guys that work there. Their cooks are pretty good and fresh food.

I stayed 5 nights 6 days.. and they arranged all the tours for me. Loved every single one of them. You MUST visit cayo el agua. 

I highly recommend this place. I give them 5 stars even though is a Posada. 

Espero que el dueño mire este review. Y tome en consideración mi opinión. Tiene un grandísimo staff de personas. Muy atentas, y se les nota que hacen las cosas con cariño. O por lo menos así me lo transmitieron a mi. 

Pienso volver aproximadamente entre octubre y noviembre y voy a traer conmigo 4 americanos más. Ojalá puedan mantener el mismo personal o sino la gran calidad que me ofrecieron. Gracias Katherine, Fabiana y las otras chicas. Espero ellas también puedan leer mis gracias hacia la posada y a ellas.

Outstanding service 

It is one of the larger posadas in Los Roques. Good size rooms and spacious beds, good bathrooms. Have HOT WATER! Very nice. Restaurant is VERY good. Healthy food and very good cook. Didn´t get her name..... Alex is a very good hostess. Great stay

Very sunny and spacious place

From being greeted by Alexandra at the reception, to the amazing team who cooked the meals and served us during our stay, to every attention given I can only say that... IT WAS AMAZING!!!
The higher terrace with the pillows was an amazing setting to watch the sunset.
The rooms were nice and comfortable.
The food was sublime!!
The trips to the beach and the food and drinks provided were excellent...

All in all, there's nothing I could really complain about, if you force my hand to complain about something is that the translation in English of ALL signs and menus were wrong and with too many mistakes that my teacher's red pen was itching to come out.
