Hotel Balzac

Of all of the places I've ever stayed around the world, Balzac Hotel in Punta del Este has the BEST customer service I've ever experienced. Upon our arrival, we were early for check-in but the owner of Balzac warmly greeted us and asked us to sit down for coffee. To our surprise, after we sat down in the beautiful communal area, the owner's mother (who is an absolute sweetheart) brought us orange juice and a big plate of bizcochos. The owner then brought us a map of the area and sat down to go over the top sites and places to go. Not only is the service great but the hotel is decorated beautifully with modern art and decor. The dining areas both indoors and outdoors are welcoming and add to the amazing atmosphere of the hotel. Thank you for an amazing stay!
