We stay here every year that we come to Yakima to visit family. Super convenient for our family and our dog. Always a friendly staff member that checks us in every year as well. Our go-to hotel!

Very nice accommodation and staff.  Would have liked a micro wave in room but found one in lobby.

Great location, right off the highway. Room was spacious and modern. I appreciated the breakfast, especially the ready-made sandwiches which we took to go.

The rooms are spacious and clean.  It was a good deal too.  I use lots of 3-5 star places that I was less I pressed with.

We were just passing through and decided on this property based on cost and reviews. The property feels new or recently updated and the rooms felt modern and comfortable. They offer a free breakfast, though we decided on a nearby diner instead for something a little more substantial. Would definitely return if passing through the area again!

The rooms were clean and big for the double queen size rooms.  Breakfast was amazing with breakfast sandwiches and burritos and other things as options.  Close to many location in Yakima and Selah, Wa.

Driving up the Hotel Y from Seattle this was a great find. The location is a gem. Right as you enter Yakima from the west, the Hotel Y, is conveniently on the right side of the road just before the center of town. Lots and lots of locally owned Mexican restaurants near by. Close to gas stations and fast food if that’s your pleasure.The hotel is new or it is an exceptionally well done recent remodel. It has a boutique motel feel as well as being an ease to navigate property site Great parking and night lighting in parking lots.

This place is more of a mom and pop, REFURBISHED, VERY CLEAN--way better than the hum-drum of chain hotels that can be quite funky and dirty.  It's just as reasonable in cost without the risky factor.  They patrol their grounds to keep things safe.  It's very accessible, modern refurbishment.  I come here for work and so I value the GREAT WIFI!  Good breakfast options, heat-up breakfast sandwiches, sausage and biscuits with gravy, and everything else.Thank you, Jamie (or is it Janie?!) for catering to whatever I needed!

It was pretty good for the price. I thought the bedding should have been cleaner. We didn't use the top blanket because there was hair and little pieces of lint or debris. The hotel seems well kept. There are people down the road hanging out on the street that seem like drug users, but the immediate area around the hotel seemed fine.

Our check in with Brandon was a great start to our excellent stay. Brandon was professional, efficient, informative and friendly. The complex was very attractive and nicely landscaped. Our room was wonderful! It was large, clean, stylish and very comfortable with in room coffee and fridge. We very much enjoyed the delicious breakfast with ample yummy options and then were delighted to be checked out by fantastic Brandon. All this at a great price. Highly recommend!

All the things that are important to me were there: clean, comfortable bed & shower, quiet (got some good sleep), all employees were friendly & helpful. The included breakfast was surprisingly good with several choices available. Location was good, near the freeway. I intend to stay here every time I come to Selah (Yakima).

The property is very nice. The lobby was very clean, the rooms look great. We have a service dog and have had to change rooms a few times because we have been placed into pet rooms that smell horrible where you know dogs have peed or it is loud from barking dogs. This place was quiet, looked great and smelled clean. The dog relief area is very clean and safely secure. It is a little small and I would prefer not to walk on Astroturf everywhere since I don’t know what I am walking on, but it looked very clean, safe and easy to access. Thank you

Arrived late and exhausted but we were greeted by the most pleasant front desk lady. We were only staying as a stop off on our road trip so we didn’t use the amenities or explore around the hotel. The hotel was great though- super clean both the rooms and the lobby area. Rooms are well equipped with everything you need and very comfortable. Can’t go wrong with this hotel, it checked all the boxes for me.

This was my second stay here and as before, everything was super clean and neat. Nice TV, but the channel guide they provide is rather confusing. Awesome selection for breakfast, and the make-your-own waffles plus biscuits and gravy added a nice touch. They have no kitchen, which is why they don't offer any kind of eggs, but that's understandable. This is my new favorite hotel in Yakima! Lots of towels in room, and SUPER COMFY beds!!! My only "complaint" is the lack of lighting in the room. The coffee and fridge area is rather dark. I won't stay anywhere else in Yakima since discovering this little gem of a hotel, and they are the HIGHEST RATED HOTEL in all of Yakima on Expedia!!! Yep, 9 stars out of 10. Front desk staff are super friendly and will actually talk to you!

I would love to give this property a 5 star rating BUT there is one issue. They do not have carpeted floors sooooo you will hear every single movement above your head. For two nights in a row, we got to hear some insomniacs rolling an office chair above our heads and pacing at 3 am. Please carpet your upstairs!!! Otherwise, the place is so cute, clean, and the best value in Yakima! Bring your ear plugs! Not quiet:(
