This was an unplanned stay at the red carpet inn when we had to stay in town for the night. The hotel was clean & comfortable but nothing fancy. The office people were friendly. When booking the hotel it said it had breakfast but I didn't not see any breakfast the next day but there is a diner down the road. The room did have a microwave & small refrigerator in it. Overall the hotel is good for the price. I would recommend this hotel & will be staying again when I'm in town. 

We stayed here for the second time.  They did up grade to flat screen TV's and we had a inside room, so it wasn't near the road.  Ask for a room with a window if possible because some of the rooms are inside and are dark without a window.  Continental breakfast is juice, cereal and coffee.  Nothing fancy but the accommodating, if you are staying near the Wind Gap area.  The owners are very nice and they made sure we enjoyed the stay.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for the 2nd time now, the last stay was over Labor Day weekend. The rooms are very neat and clean.   We had the king room and the bed was very comfortable.  The owners are very pleasant. It's a great price!  We will stay here again!

I had a later dinner and it was a longer drive at night and I decided to stay over and the hotel was close by. The room was good sized, the tv selections were good and the beds reasonably comfortable. I though the rate was a bit high for the property although I did not quibble. There was a little bit of musty aroma although there was so much rain I think that was the cause.

One night in town

This was our second time to stay here.

It was OK

Reasonable and clean!!

I don't know why the two owners are so unpleasant,  but they are -  both on the phone and in person. Room was okay but the front door was cut wrong and  only allowed lots of light (and noise)in the room as well as several large bugs. Towels are really rough. Bring your own soap because the one  provided is weird and doesn't get "soapy". No coffee maker in room and don't want to walk up to the main office for coffee because the owners are just so unpleasant. The restaurant that's close enough to walk to is out of business and the town closes down at 9:30 p.m. I will probably stay in Allentown or, if headed north, in Stroudsburg next visit.
