Was.a.clean nice.room and the guy at the front desk.was quite friendly he greeted smiles and was helpful.the room was spacious had sitting table.nice t.v two nice sitting chairs and big comfy bed on site laundry and cleaning service was friendly and quick to help.supply our needs i think for an inexpensive place.to.stay i would.recomend it off the hi way close.to walmart gas station and will get you a good.nights rest for.an affordable rate

rooms are more spaciuos than most huge king bed in room comfortable pillows quiet. also the service was great housekeeper took care of everything promptly never had to ask her for anything. Truly a old western style gem.

Simple.and.sweet...

great stay great price

We waited until the last minute to look for a room. What we didn't know was that it was college enrollment and there were few rooms vacant. Told hubby I wanted a decent motel. They had a king advertised for $89. We were tired so we stopped. They rushed us into a double queen for the same price. That same price became $105 with taxes and fees. We paid sight unseen. The room was clean but shabby. It had a fridge and microwave but no coffee maker. No ice bucket. No towels. No coffee in lobby and no lobby. Beds so hard they hurt my joints to lie in them. Next morning the room was advertised for $49.99.

Wish I has used Tripadvisor. We would NOT have stayed there!

All rooms smll of smoke. Checked four. Poor cleaning job. Old soft drink bottles on floor. Used soap in shower. Bed lopsided. Thread bare sheets and blankets (thankfully had own stuff). Door knobs not securely fastened. TV OK.. WI-FI good. Parking next to your room. Refrigerator good. Microwave good. Concrete barrier to protect rooms.  Real cheap. Ok if you have your own hygienic covers. Ok if your the hardy sort. Not for the snooty. Staff nice

Smells bad, A/C blows cold, only for the tough 

Checked in at 0100 On frigid night. Room ice cold. Heater wouldn’t work. Was switched to room with heat. Smell of smoke heavy. In am by daylight could see cigarette ash on counter and night stand. Switched to third room. Towels threadbare, washcloth with holes. Toilet seat broken. Toilet paper roll broke. Tub leaked. Broken light at nightstand. Broken dresser drawer. Filthy micro. Old soda bottles in fridge. Door with holes. Thought I was in a third world country. Owners sitting around watching TV in cluttered office. These people do not care about their property or their guests. Left for a different hotel 2 nights into a 9 night stay in Wichita.
