Simply a good bare bones stay. Owner was very polite and responsive. No reason to spend $160 just to get an extra towel or two. Save your money and stay at locally owned businesses like this one.

Very nice and clean.  Deserves to be on list of top stays and doesn't need the "bad" reviews keeping visitors away .Great Job to Owners.  I really am at home comfortable! I will always stay here when looking for good clean hospitality.

My wife and I stayed one night. It's a simple, not-fancy, clean hotel. The room was appropriately sized. The biggest plus was that there was a microwave and refrigerator. The staff was great and super-affordable.

Best price. Rooms were great. We were very comfortable overall. Service was excellent. I will be returning back in the future.  Location is very good too. Lots of nearby restaurants and stores. Friendly staff. Always there to help you with a smile.

Some of the rooms have finished being remodeled.  The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, good price and the manager was an extremely nice person.   

I only use hotels to rest for the night while traveling, so I don't need all the amenities that some travelers demand.  Give me a clean room, a shower, and a cup of coffee and I'm happy.  

I will stay here again if traveling through the area.

Sheets were stained but smelled clean, and comforters had lots of cigarette holes burned into them. Room window had a massive crack and was held together with masking tape lol. Bathroom was functional but noticably dated. Room smelled of smoke and was probably coated in it. It was a place with a bed, working heating and a working shower/ toilet. That is all I expected from this hotel and I got it. This place isn't the lap of luxury but you  get what you pay for.

Exactly what you'd expect for the price

Can't complain for the price. I needed a bed and shower. Room was large, which made it seem empty. Again, no big deal. Was a little concerned that there was no smoke detector, but the wiring for it was hanging out of the ceiling. I mentioned it on check out. He said it was stolen and hasn't been replaced yet. I don't know .....

No issues.

Got the job done at a great price

Was in for a wedding at the beginning of August with 3 adults and 4 kids. Rented 2 rooms. While not the Ritz Carlton, rooms were comfortable and staff was helpful. Went back 2 weeks later for another unrelated visit and had the same experience.

Manager was helpful and friendly, I initially had a few issues but were promptly resolved.,

Remarkable for a budget stay!   Coming from a very picky critic.

Very comfortable stay. Nice clean rooms. Clean bed sheets, very comfortable pillows.   There was no free breakfast but they had coffee. Excellent customer service. Very convenient from the major highway.
