Despite the negative reviews on here, my stay was fantastic. Very spacious room, hot water, air conditioning, clean carpet and sheets, breakfast in the lobby, and nice staff. The building is also nice, with some areas newly renovated. Some of other people staying there did look like they were in rough condition, but I certainly never felt unsafe. No complaints.
