Not to say it looks bad from outside, but once inside I was pleasantly surprised with how nice our room was. We are glad we stayed there. Not a long drive from any place we wanted to visit.

Rosewood was wonderful.  Staff was friendly and room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Would absolutely stay here again.

Nice, small room with just the basic amenities. Good for a one night sleep.

Quick weekend getaway..: property is close to beaches, restaurants, stores and amusement area. Owners were friendly..nothing fancy but just what my family needed. Thank you 😊

I've stayed here a number of times visiting son at nearby college.  Very clean and affordable.  The staff is helpful and friendly.  Highly recommend.

Time to stop.  The room was clean and nice.  The shower is quite small but hot water was good.  No problem with anything in room.  Some noise outside but I opened the door and they saw me and noise stopped rest of the night.  I believe they were monthly renters.  AC worked great.  There is a 7-11 across the street with gas.  There is no breakfast.  $178 for a Saturday night.

good clean comfirtable   the cabins shoul be of firmer construction to avoid noise from cabin to cabin footsteps, doors closing, etc.

Motel unit building seemed of newer construction so all fixtures and finishes and furnishings were nice and clean. The room was large but spartan, with no pictures on the walls and no desk or freestanding table and chairs. The bathroom had a small wall hung sink with very little space to set your things. The room did not come with a coffee maker, which was surprising given the moderate overnight room rate. The in in-wall air conditioner is poorly located, higher on the wall, and directs the cold air directly on top of you while sleeping. The parking area is large and well lit. Check in and out was fast and pleasant.

good experience. priced right . we were able to check in early and the rosewood is just minutes from the beaches and restaurants. room was very clean, just a little musty odor, but after the air conditioner went on everything was great .fridge and microwave worked great and very quiet. great customer service

Ok. It’s clean. Comfortable. But there’s no chair at the table to use to eat or write.

For the six hours we were there it was fine. Very clean.

Room was very clean and it was close to restaurants and beaches. Walls were thick and kept us from hearing neighboring rooms. Loved the covered patio as it rained alot when we were there, so we still got to sit outside. Everyone was friendly.
