Peaceful and private. Free breakfast was awesome and handy. Hoping we can work out a deal on frequent extended stays so that i can keep using them.

Clean & comfy.  Front desk staff friendly.  Felt safe.  Breakfast fair but adequate.  You get what you pay for, but for a quick overnight stop, no complaints.

Decent room if you're on a tight budget. Very clean. Easily accessible to the highway.

Everything was great, except for one change that I would suggest: Offer hot sauce or salsa at breakfast to go with eggs/omelets. . .

Bathroom sink was stopped up, bulb in lamp was bad. Door to room had a gap when closing it. Letting crickets , drafts in of hot in. Not sure why they had a high rating. The entrance to room had a high step into it my sister tripped on it. I didn’t take pics. I should have know because it is a safety hazard.

We had to walk up 4 steps to get to our room. The railing was broken and laying next to the building which made it very dangerous walking up these steps without anything to hold onto. All the other rooms had a railing. As senior citizens, it was a challenge to get our luggage up and down these steps and to walk up them ourselves.

We looked for a reasonably priced place to stay on Waco on a football weekend. Room was reasonably priced. Property is older but shows signs of efforts to properly maintain. Breakfast is good as any. King bed very comfortable. Access to freeway to get to Baylor Campus easy. In total, we would stay here again. Nothing in a higher priced motel/hotel Waco would change our minds.

this is a really cool place to stay they are clean rooms and lots of stuff happening on property.  the front desk is awesome also are the housekeeper girls. maintenance is coming a long way it seems they have all new people here and it is a very nice site.  I stayed here a while ago and again recently I can tell you they have done a lot of work here.

We decided to visit the lazy river in Waco, and needed a place to stay for just one night. Our request for a room with 2 beds and beside the pool was granted.  The room was clean and spacious.
When we  first arrived I  thought we were going to have trouble with loud music next door to our room, but it quieted down at bed time. All in all it wasn't bad for the price.

Staff were very nice and welcoming, room was spacious and clean. Complimentary breakfast had limited options but still good for a quick meal. Only downside was the water went out for one day while I was there so I couldn’t shower or brush my teeth.

The overall stay was nice but until you got inside it looked questionable but i would stay there again

Amicable staff, but it's a cheaper hotel obviously. The rooms are clean, however the bathtub both times I've been here has been less than pristine...just peeling & spots.It's a decent location, next to an HEB and plenty of places to eat. Not a bad budget option.
