I didn't experience any negative during our stay. The room was nice, the staff was nice and we had a great weekend in Atlantic City. We had waffles and coffee for breakfast. It was a really good price for us.

Building and rooms have bugs and roaches even the front desk a roach ran and the lady knocked it off the counter and acted like it was nothing the toilet was stained they changed me 184.00 dollars when I arrived they had a sign with a special for 69.00 for the night I was over charged for staying in the worst hotel I ever stayed in

HORRIBLE!!! DONT GO THERE!!
We were a little worried about the place as soon as we pulled in the parking lot. The outside was in terrible shape but we checked in anyway. When opening the door to our room there were flies and bugs flying around. There were big stains on carpets and it smelled bad. MOLD on carpets, around and in refrigerator. Stains were on walls and ceilings. There was cigarette burns on blanket. Little bugs crawling on pillow. We left right away to check out and was told they would refund my money back on my card because of the condition of room. It never was and now I have a fight on my hand to get my money back. TERRIBLE!! TERRIBLE!!

HORRIBLE!!!!

ZERO STARS if I could so 1 star!!! When we went to our room it smelled really bad. The blankets and sheets were pulled back like someone just got out of bed. There was dirt (stain) marks on the wall. When we went down to check out of the room without staying there the guy at the desk asked if there was something wrong with the room and we told him yes. Everything was wrong with the room and we was not going to stay there and how much did we owe for the room and he told us that we owed nothing. As we went to walk out he said he could give us another room and we declined the room change. After we found another room we decided to check our bank account and seen where they sent our room cost through our bank account for payment even though he said there was NO CHARGE so the guy is a liar. Don't trust the works at knights inn.  We will never stay at any knights inn no matter where we travel too. Our 8 year old son seen the outside of the motel and said that he was not staying there. So you know it's bad when a child sees it and refuses to stay there. The pictures on there website is very old pictures. The pool was empty and was cracking around the top and there was piles of what appeared to be building supplies that they apparently have no plans on doing anything with by the way there motel looks on the outside and iniside. VERY NASTY DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE!!!!

When we arrived we asked about possibly changing the card to use for payment, but they already charged the card used for the reservation the morning of...hours before we arrived and checked-in in the afternoon. Found that odd, but I don't know if that's common practice or not for most hotels. With Choice Hotels (which I know is different), you can usually either reserve now/pay now or pay later. Yet, you would think Knights Inn could refund the card they charged and let us repay with a different form of payment. As long as they're still getting paid what does it matter? 

So much was shady about the room and bed sheets, that I had to get my Lysol Max Cover and disinfectant wipes out of the car to to feel SEMI-comfortable. I question if they even have housekeeping that actually washes the bed sheets daily. The toilet bowl had pee stains in it. There were no towels in the bathroom and when we went to the receptionist to request some, they gave us the bare minimum as if they were rationing towels. Specifically two I guess since it was just my brother and I.  Not sure that any of the employees should be in the business of hospitality.. We seemed like more of a bother asking for towel, and they did not go above and beyond to make sure we were situated. If I ask you for towels, it's not my fault you didn't put them in there. You should be taking every responsibility as an establishment for not providing something as basic as towels and asking if everything is satisfactory (even if we both know it's not...  Let's be real).  I've been to a couple really nice remodeled Knights Inns and even older ones that seemed a lot cleaner and more organized. I don't think all are bad, but this one was and I'd think we deserve our money back. I even told them as I checked out it was terrible experience and they did and said absolutely nothing. The employees were inattentive and lacked professionalism. You could find them lounging around various areas of the lobby instead of seated behind the desk, talking to personal friends who obviously didn't work there. At one point I even heard them talking about the customers. Hair was on one of the towels provided to me when I went to the desk, and both of the towels looked dingy. Also found a small hair in the Mini fridge, which prompted me to need to clean it out before putting any of my perishables in their. The sink water was ice cold even after I ran it for exactly 7 minutes. The hair dryer in the bathroom was missing. The doors and walls throughout the entire bathroom and room were gross. The room has a musty old smell and when I thought about it, it's very questionable but that some of the stains in the bathroom were urine or other bodily fluids. I don't know who's peeing that high up on a wall but I'm concerned that that's what it was. Many outlets didn't work. There were no hangers in the closet, but that's not really a deal breaker for me anyways since I rarely hang stuff up in hotels. There was no remote for the TV and the TV wasn't producing any sound even if we tried to adjust it directly using the tv's buttons. There was gum on the wall and trash under the bed.  The window curtain is more of a sheer liner than actual curtain. But it appears that an actual curtain may have been missing since we did see rods on the walls with nothing hanging on them. What sucked about having sheer curtains is that our window is directly adjacent to the parking lot with multiple people walking by, but at least I was able park my car right in front of our Room where hopefully not as many people are likely to be standing in front of our window. Also, don't expect the shower water to be hot because it was also as cold as the sink water . At one point the next morning, it was kind of warm enough for my brother to take a shower, but it's started to run out of heat and was basically cold once I attempted to get in.....  And be careful with flushing the toilet because it may not go down. They also only gave us one key fobs to access the room even know there was clearly 2 adults standing at the counter to check in. Again, are they extremely limited and rationing resources or something?

Expect to have loud neighbors. There was plenty of stomping, running around, loud voices and loud music both above us and next to us.  Thin walls I guess.

Of course we know that you get what you pay for and you expect a motel not to be as grand as even a BASIC Comfort Inn in comparison, but basic things that should be taken care of, such as making sure the towels and sheets are clean shouldn't go unnoticed. It's really not that hard. We're not asking for Room service. They lacked a lot of professionalism and I think the staff may need to have on the job training Because they lack real employability skills. I'm not trying to be offensive I'm just being honest from the standpoint of someone in a background of teaching career development.

 That place needs to be bulldozed. Oh and it appeared that it was under some sort of construction on the outside, but who knows how long that even been occurring because it didn't look good at all inside.

Oh I said from one night March 30th for a concert, but it wasn't worth it. Not worth my money or 1 star.

for 7 days I've been trying to contact this hotel to get a refund for a room I refused to use. the room was Saturated with water, the floor squished beneath your feet. it smelled like mildew and wet carpet, and the bathroom was filled with cockroaches and other insects. They've hung up on me when i've called to ask for a manager. refused to let me speak to a manager and the manager has not once attempted to call me back. If you have to choose between sleeping at this hotel, and sleeping in your car. Save yourself a headache and sleep in your car, or foot the extra money and Go to the Ramada up the road.

This is by far the worst hotel I've stayed in.  The hallway smells like mold and weed, the rug is damp, there must have been an animal locked in the bathroom as the door is torn/clawed up.  The AC hardly works, there's no towels, I'm pretty sure the room hasn't been vacuumed in a year, the pool is closed, should I continue??
