The people who are running the business are great! I Ran into a small problem,  ( with my shower head, ) and reported  it. It was fixed in a very timely  manner.  All smiles and sincerity.  Very pleasant experience.  Would definitely  go there again

Some attention needs to be given to the state of the plumbing on the sink of my room. Loose

Friendly easy checkin. Room clean and warm. It was 3 below so coming in to heat was a wonderful thing. Only downside- have to walk across parking lot to gas station for coffee. Wish it could be made in the room.

Not the newest or fanciest of hotels, but clean and neat. Check in was easy. It sits back from the road, so it was quiet. There is a gas station with a convenience store right next to the property, and a pizza shop across the street. We especially enjoyed being able to drive right up and park by the door!

The hotel owner was very nice - he waited up for me until I arrived at 10pm!  I basically ruined his Friday night, but he was so kind about it!  :)

Overall great stay for a weekend hiking in Catskill. Would stay again

Two big and comfortable beds, tv, a little desk area/vanity area, been here twice already and enjoyed both stays. staff is friendly, the gas station next to the motel has low prices and a convenience store! Will definitely be returning here on my next visit to Catskill!

Excellent base camp for exploring the Catskills and Berkshires on a long autumn weekend during the pandemic.  Clean and quiet rooms, comfy beds, fridge & microwave, and a Valero next door for coffee and snacks. Friendly staff & easy check-in.  Right turn to a pretty Main Street, straight ahead to cross the Rip Van Winkle Bridge, and make sure you go up to Olana for a spectacular Catskills/Hudson River view!

It's perfect for a place to sleep and shower. There are no offerings of anything else but 5 minutes away is so much to see and do. It's an older property but everything worked fine and was comfortable. There is a convenient store/gas station on the edge of the property. 5 minutes from downtown Catskill and many restaurants and things to do. 3rd stay here and will come back. For the money, it's fine.

Great experience

We were happy with our accomodations. Room was clean and bed comfortable. The handle on sink faucet was loose but we managed. Decent place.

It was affordable and comfortable. We had a small issue and the owners bent over backwards to make it right.

Motel was clean but in desperate need of upgrades and a deep cleaning. It was quiet and easy to find, but the GPS turns you on street before hotel for some reason. It is dated, to say the least
